Вафлі з кабачком та сиром

Дуже смачні і корисні вафлі . Обов’язково спробуйте . Головне дуже швидко )
Інгредієнти:

• кабачок 2 шт, середнього розміру
• сир твердий 150 гр.
• яйце 1 шт
• кефір 200 гр.
• борошно рисове 200 гр.
• цибуля середнього розміру 1 шт
• сіль, чорний перець за смаком

Приготування :
В миску натерти кабачок , цибулю,сир, в отриману масу додати яйце , вилити кефір , посолити та поперчить , все ретельно перемішати . В розігрітий гриль або вафельницю , викласти ложкою тісто і випікати 5 хвилин . Смачного .
