До 24 лютого цього року я не підозрювала на скільки ми, українці, сильні та незламні. Звичайно ж, з курсу історії знаю про одвічну боротьбу за
незалежність, за визнання нашої національної ідентичності. Та саме війна, очевидцями якої всі ми є, розставила, як то кажуть, всі крапки над і.
Hello everyone.
Until February 24 of this year, I had no idea how strong and indomitable we Ukrainians are. Of course, from the history course I know about the eternal struggle for
independence, for the recognition of our national identity. It was the war, which we are all eyewitnesses, that put all the dots above and, as they say.
В пам’ять на віки врізалось те шалене відчуття, яке виникло в перші тижні після нападу росії. Хотілося діяти, допомагати, кудись бігти та доводити всім власну здатність стати у пригоді для свого народу та країни. Питання про виїзд за кордон навіть не розглядалося. Сама думка про це обурювала до нестями. Здавалося, що таким чином я зраджую всіх і все, що мені дороге, за що бориться Україна.
The frenzied feeling that arose in the first weeks after the russian attack was forever etched in my memory. I wanted to act, help, run somewhere and prove to everyone my ability to be useful for my people and country. The issue of going abroad was not even considered. The very thought of it was infuriating. It seemed that in this way I was betraying everyone and everything that is dear to me, for which Ukraine is fighting.
Зараз цей вогонь в почуттях не перегорів, а перейшов у трішки іншу форму: від активного всепоглинаючого полум’я до тихого, розміреного горіння. Та затухати це багаття точно не збирається.
Правду говорили досвідчені військові про те, що в кожного свій фронт. І
якщо ми перебуваємо у відносній безпеці, далеко від лінії активних бойових дій, не варто бігти і кидатися в ті “стихії”, де нам не місце. Варто
продовжувати жити і займатися звичними речами, підтримуючи таким чином стабільність в суспільстві та життєдіяльність країни.
Now this fire in feelings did not burn out, but changed into a slightly different form: from an active all-consuming flame to a quiet, measured burning. But this fire is definitely not going to be extinguished.
Experienced military men spoke the truth about the fact that everyone has their own front. AND if we are in relative safety, far from the line of active hostilities, we should not run and rush into those "elements" where we do not belong. It's worth it continue to live and do the usual things, thus supporting stability in society and the country's vital activities.
Вчора зустріла відео, в якому розповідали про те, як розпочалася війна на Київщині. Мова йшла про Гостомельський аеропорт. Я знала, що за нього точилися важкі бої, що він переходив із рук в руки. Та все ж був героїчно відвойований збройними силами України.
Як виявилося з території білорусії до аеродрому вилетіло 40 гвинтокрилів із десантниками. Їх завданням було захопити цей військовий об’єкт та розташувати там свою військову базу. А далі прямувати в Києв та захоплювати адміністративні будівлі. Хіба ж думали рашисти, що незначна частина українських військових, не маючи належного озброєння будуть тримати оборону, аж до прибуття підкріплення? Наші герої в перші ж години війни зірвали плани окупантів.
Yesterday I came across a video in which they talked about how the war started in Kyiv region. It was about Gostomel airport. I knew that hard battles were fought for him, that he passed from hand to hand. Nevertheless, it was heroically recaptured by the armed forces of Ukraine.
As it turned out, 40 helicopters with paratroopers took off from the territory of belarus to the airfield. Their task was to seize this military facility and place their military base there. And then go to Kyiv and seize administrative buildings. Did the rashists think that a small part of the Ukrainian military, not having the proper weapons, would hold the defense until reinforcements arrived? Our heroes foiled the plans of the invaders in the very first hours of the war.
А вже 25 лютого до Гостомелю прямували аж 100 (!) гелікоптерів рашистів.
Бої точилися надважкі. І лише сила, героїзм, професіоналізм та відданість наших військових спинила таку величезну кількість російської орди та не дали просунутися до столиці.
Переглядаючи сюжет про ці події, дивлячись на зйомку з місця подій, не
вірилося, що Україна таке пережила лише 7 місяців назад. Чи було тоді
відчуття страху? Ні. Була тотальна злість та навіть якесь руйнівне прагнення до самопожертвування, заради свого народу, на перекір окупантам.
And already on February 25, as many as 100 (!) helicopters of the rashists were heading to Gostomel.
The battles were very heavy. And only the strength, heroism, professionalism and dedication of our military stopped such a huge number of the russian horde and did not allow them to advance to the capital.
Watching the story about these events, watching the filming from the scene of the events, no it was believed that Ukraine experienced this only 7 months ago. Was it then? feeling scared? No. There was total anger and even some destructive desire for self-sacrifice, for the sake of one's people, in defiance of the occupiers.
Таких прикладів героїчних боїв, нелюдських зусиль та титанічного спротиву дуже багато. Кожен клаптик нашої землі зберігає пам’ять про те, як творилася та твориться історія цієї війни. Ми ж, очевидці, навіки збережемо це в пам’яті та в усіх подробицях передамо наступним поколінням.
Горда бути українкою. Пишаюся своїм народом.
There are many such examples of heroic battles, inhuman efforts and titanic resistance. Every piece of our land preserves the memory of how the history of this war was created and is being created. We, the eyewitnesses, will forever keep it in our memory and pass it on to future generations in all its details.
I am proud to be Ukrainian. I am proud of my people.
