Останнім часом все частіше деякі іноземні медіа поширюють інформацію з таємних джерел про те, що Кремль, можливо, хоче застосувати ядерну зброю. Ніби щось хоче підірвати, чи то на території України, чи біля наших кордонів. Все може бути, від неадекватного керманича росії можна очікувати будь що. Ця людина вже все програла в своєму житті, тому надіється , що зробить останню вдалу ставку і тим самим відіграється.

This person has already lost everything in his life, so he hopes that he will make the last successful bet and thereby win back.
Ну з Путіним мені все зрозуміло. Мені не зрозуміло, чому психіатри росії та цивілізованого світу досі не можуть вгамувати цього пацієнта ‘ палати № 6’. Або вони в долі, або потрібно щось змінити в принципах демократії та міжнародного законодавства. Мені взагалі здається, що після перемоги України в цій війні потрібно ініціювати повний аудит міжнародних договорів. Особливо в питаннях безпеки, суверенітету, недоторканності кордонів. Як виявилось на практиці , жодна з сучасних міжнародних інституцій не працює ефективно.
Чи готовий я до ядерної війни ? Я не готовий і думаю, що ніхто не готовий. Навіть якщо вдасться вижити в перші години атаки, ще не означає, що і надалі все буде добре. Наслідки ядерної атаки непередбачувані.
Я все ж надіюсь, що всі ці заяви росіян про ядерну війну це блеф. Надіюсь також, що цивілізований світ і надалі буде на нашому боці і разом з нами знайде достойну відповідь агресору.
Російський опозиціонер Андрій Піонтковський зазначив, що "ядерна балаканина", яку Путін розпочав 21 вересня, є "продовженням блефу":
"Він чудово знає, і це йому на рівні Байдена сказали, що у разі використання тактичної ядерної зброї, Захід негайно завдасть удару у відповідь, який торкнеться його особисто. Він знає, що тоді його вб'ють".
Well, everything is clear to me with Putin. It is not clear to me why the psychiatrists of Russia and the civilized world still cannot soothe this patient of "ward No. 6". In general, it seems to me that after the victory of Ukraine in this war, a full audit of international treaties should be initiated. Especially in matters of security, sovereignty, inviolability of borders. As it turned out in practice, none of the modern international institutions work effectively.
Am I ready for nuclear war? I'm not ready and I don't think anyone is. Even if you manage to survive the first hours of the attack, it does not mean that everything will be fine in the future. The consequences of a nuclear attack are unpredictable.
I still hope that all these statements of the Russians about nuclear war are a bluff. I also hope that the civilized world will continue to be on our side and together with us will find a worthy response to the aggressor.
Russian oppositionist Andriy Piontkovsky noted that the "nuclear chatter" that Putin started on September 21 is "a continuation of the bluff":
"He knows very well, and he was told at the level of Biden, that if tactical nuclear weapons are used, the West will immediately retaliate, which will affect him personally. He knows that then he will be killed."

Від початку повномасштабного вторгнення росії на територію України я побачив, що армія росії це також блеф. Жодної ідеології, стратегії, тактики, дисципліни, честі , гідності, професіоналізму. І техніка, якою вони так хизуються це свіжопофарбована іржава техніка радянських часів. Мрію побачити, як під час запуску цих ракет з ядерними боєголовками, вони успішно впадуть на території росії. Останні місяці показали, що таке у них досить часто буває. Це була б найвища справедливість. Може і в росії про це думають? Може спрацює інстинкт самозбереження?
