Splinterlands weekly challenge and this week theme is WAR CHAANG
Epic Untamed card for this week challenge with a pretty interesting characteristics of Melee and Range attack at same time and Retaliate ability starting from the 1st level. Very high Life card with high Mana as well, so mostly usable in heavier Mana fight and obviously could be good in Melee Mayhem too, when used not at first row
Actually not the card I'm planning to get or level up to my main account (yet). But got one from pack while ago, so it is playable at my smaller alt.
So let's go with an actual fight
FIGHT. Fog of War + Healed Out + 29 Mana

Here is final line-up using mighty Zaku as summoner
- WAR CHAANG. Higher Speed, very high Life and Retaliate. Perfect tank even without actually using Range attack
- FURIOUS CHICKEN. Zero mana Monster to keep free slot busy and protect second line from first hits
- GOBLIN FIREBALLER. Very low mana main advantage. Low Life, speed and Range attack
- IMP BOWMAN. Higher speed, low Life and Range attack
- FIRE BEETLE. Average speed and Range attack. Higher Life
- ETTIN SPEARMAN. High Range attack and Life. Lower speed
Main idea was to employ Blast and Range attack buff of Mighty Zaku. In this case even low attack monsters are good enough doubling the damage. And First and Back lines well protected by higher Life monsters.
Result is pretty well crashed much stronger deck.
Would love to have Zaku at my main deck, but it is too expensive...

I always wanna put the Chaang at least in 2nd position, give the ranged attack a chance.
But YES! I would love to have Zaku leveled.
