Not only are all European nations importing gas at record quantities but so far this year they spent five times on the same amount as last year, plus, they are all paying in Rubles, so much for sanctions. Furthermore, like LNG, the Russians will not sell any oil to anyone who imposes a price cap, as they said, so they aren't hurting.
