Walls: A really short story of a Ukrainian in the war

Closing my eyes in my room after i tightly closed my door.
But in the bleeding darkness I can't help but hear the guns.
Trying hard to sleep in the fear of the armed breaching our walls.
lt's funny how they've got money to fight wars,
but find it hard to feed the poor.
These were the words of Tupac Shakur.

A dad doesn't have to be a war hero.
His corpse doesn't need any medal.
And as a ghost bear the cries of his widow.
Let's learn and tolerate our skin and reduce the foes.
let those walls remain up.
Nothing conquers more than love.

For the Ukrainians let's say silent prayers in the hope of peace and a ceasefire.
