У ніч на 2 січня 2024 року ворог повторив масовану атаку засобами повітряного нападу різних типів. Удари наносилися наступними засобами:
БпЛА «Shahed-136/131» - 35 одиниць (збито усі 35);
70 крилатих ракет повітряного базування Х-101/Х-555/Х-55 (збито 59);
аеробалістичних ракет Х-47М2 «Кинджал» (збито усі 10);
із моря три крилаті ракетами «Калібр» (збито усі 3);
з півночі – 12-ма ракетами, які летіли по балістичній траєкторії типу Іскандер-М/С-300/С-400 (судячи з публікації, на жаль, жодної перехопити невдалось).

Цитата: "Росія розпочала новий рік, випустивши понад сотню ракет і безпілотників по Києву, Харкову та інших містах, цілячись у цивільне населення, руйнуючи житлові квартали та життєзабезпечувальну інфраструктуру. Росія буде притягнута до відповідальності за свої воєнні злочини. Ми стоїмо з Україною", зазначив європейський дипломат.

Цитата: "Для тих, хто вірить чуткам про те, що Росія справді зацікавлена у мирних переговорах, рекордна кількість безпілотників, випущених за останні 24 години по Україні, свідчить про справжні наміри Москви", – вказав очільник Євроради.
"Дух України не можна зламати. ЄС підтримує Україну", – підсумував Мішель.
Президент Словаччини Зузана Чапутова, коментуючи масовану ракетну атаку РФ 2 січня, наголосила на важливості допомоги Україні в її захисті від російської агресії.
Міністерка закордонних справ Німеччини Анналена Бербок засудила останній масований ракетний обстріл Росією України вранці 2 січня.
"З кожною ракетою Путін показує, що хоче знищити Україну", – вважає очільниця німецького зовнішньополітичного відомства.
Міністр закордонних справ Польщі Радослав Сікорський відреагував на російські обстріли України 2 січня. Він закликав світ посилити санкції проти росії і надати Україні ракети дальнього радіусу.
Посол США в Україні Бріджит Брінк зазначила, що ударами по Україні російський президент володимир путін зміцнив рішучість українців захищати свою свободу.
Відповідь України:
02.01.2024 Збройні сили України завдали ракетного удару по російському Бєлгороду. Російська ППО на жаль збила цілі, за попередніми даними ураження військових цілей досягнуто не було, одна людина постраждала, пошкодження отримали чотири приватні будинки та два автомобілі. Удар було завдано наступними засобами: 6 ракет ТРК «Точка-У», 5 ракет РСЗВ "Вільха"
Близько опівночі 2 січня у тимчасово окупованому Севастополі пролунали потужні вибухи. Місцеві, а також жителі Бахчисараю та Сімферопольського району чули два “хлопка”. Є припущення, що “приліт” міг бути по аеродрому Бельбек.
Втрати російських окупантів з 24.02.2022 по 03.01.2024:
особового складу 361500 (+680) осіб, танків 5990 (+0) од,
бойових броньованих машин 11107 (+7) од, артилерійських систем – 8546 (+15) од,
РСЗВ – 945 (+0) од, засоби ППО ‒ 629 (+3) од,
літаків – 329 (+0) од, гелікоптерів – 324 (+0) од,
БПЛА оперативно-тактичного рівня – 6748 (+36), крилаті ракети ‒ 1783 (+73),
кораблі /катери ‒ 23 (+0) од, підводні човни – 1 (+0) од,
автомобільної техніки та автоцистерн – 11391 (+26) од, спеціальна техніка ‒ 1298 (+14).
Не взмозі подолати Збройні сили України, російські окупанти продовжують політику терору.
Світ відреагував засудженням кремлівського режиму, яке рано чи пізно (велика надія що раніше) переросте у більш жорсткі санкції та суттєве збільшення постачання зброї для України.
Самі українці з кожним днем стають все загартованіші. Обов’язково переможемо!

On the night of January 2, 2024, the enemy repeated a mass attack with various types of air attack. The blows were inflicted by the following means:
Unmanned aerial vehicle "Shahed-136/131" - 35 units (all 35 shot down);
70 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 air-based cruise missiles (59 shot down);
Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missiles (all 10 were shot down);
from the sea by three Kalibr cruise missiles (all 3 were shot down);
from the north - by 12 missiles that flew along a ballistic trajectory of the Iskander-M/S-300/S-400 type (judging by the publication, unfortunately, it was not possible to intercept any of them).

EU foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell on Twitter (X):
Quote: "Russia started the new year by launching more than a hundred missiles and drones at Kyiv, Kharkiv and other cities, targeting civilians, destroying residential areas and life-supporting infrastructure. Russia will be held accountable for its war crimes. We stand with Ukraine." the European diplomat noted.
President of the European Council Charles Michel on Twitter (X):
Quote: "For those who believe the rumors that Russia is really interested in peace talks, the record number of drones launched over Ukraine in the last 24 hours is evidence of Moscow's true intentions," said the head of the European Council.
"The spirit of Ukraine cannot be broken. The EU supports Ukraine," concluded Michel.
Slovakian President Zuzana Chaputova, commenting on the mass missile attack of the Russian Federation on January 2, emphasized the importance of helping Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Annalena Berbock, condemned the latest massive missile attack by Russia on Ukraine in the morning of January 2.
"With every missile, Putin shows that he wants to destroy Ukraine," the head of the German Foreign Ministry believes.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Radoslav Sikorsky, reacted to the Russian shelling of Ukraine on January 2. He called on the world to strengthen sanctions against Russia and provide Ukraine with long-range missiles.
US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin's attacks on Ukraine strengthened the determination of Ukrainians to defend their freedom.
Ukraine's response:
01/02/2024 The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a missile attack on the Russian city of Belgorod. Unfortunately, the Russian anti-aircraft missile shot down the targets, according to preliminary data, no military targets were hit, one person was injured, four private houses and two cars were damaged. The strike was carried out by the following means: 6 Tochka-U TRK missiles, 5 Vilkha RSZV missiles
Around midnight on January 2, powerful explosions rang out in temporarily occupied Sevastopol. Locals, as well as residents of Bakhchisaray and Simferopol district, heard two "thuds". There is an assumption that the "arrival" could be via the Belbek airfield.
Losses of the Russian occupiers from 02/24/2022 to 01/03/2024:
personnel 361500 (+680) people, tanks 5990 (+0) units,
armored combat vehicles 11107 (+7) units, artillery systems – 8546 (+15) units,
Anti-aircraft missiles – 945 (+0) units, air defense equipment – 629 (+3) units,
airplanes – 329 (+0) units, helicopters – 324 (+0) units,
UAVs of the operational-tactical level - 6748 (+36), cruise missiles - 1783 (+73),
ships/boats - 23 (+0) units, submarines - 1 (+0) units,
automotive equipment and tank trucks - 11391 (+26) units, special equipment - 1298 (+14).
Unable to overcome the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian occupiers continue their policy of terror.
The world reacted by condemning the Kremlin regime, which sooner or later (hopefully sooner) will turn into tougher sanctions and a significant increase in arms supplies to Ukraine.
Ukrainians themselves are becoming more and more hardened every day. We will definitely win!
