А особливо не просто зрозуміти, що твоя та тренувальна рука на яку ти накладаєш турнікет не може тобі допомагати його накладати. Інструктор каже, тобі наступити на руку, та яка поранена?
І тут ти усвідомлюєш, а як же ж тоді той турнікет накладати? А чому ж ця рука не відчуває себе пораненою. А накладати турнікет на ногу то теж ціла наука. А ще якщо турнікет тренувальний китайський, тільки й годиться для тренування, то він може крутитися секунд 5- й не закручуватися й не стискати ногу й венозні судини в ній. Можна вчитися багато разів та накладати, але у відповідальний момент щось піде не так, то не так розклався турнікет, то не зручно затягнув його поспіхом, а виправляти помилки вже пізно, за ці 30 секунд ллється з тебе багато крові, а чим довше це відбувається, тим менше у тебе шансів вижити.
