The struggle for the survival of three Ukrainian girls continues. I call this trip "unknown where, unknown how long time ..." We lived in Budapest for 11 days. And before I tell you where we went next, I want to share our experience and the cost of living in beautiful Hungary. Budapest has been the city of my dreams for many years! I first visited it with my daughter @bugavi in 2018. We were fascinated by the royal grandeur of the houses and the views of the city on the banks of the beautiful Danube. And when the question arose: where to go after we crossed the border, Victoria said - only Budapest. We got as if to a second home!

As I wrote earlier, my journey abroad began when my son asked to bring his seven-year-old daughter, my granddaughter, from Ukraine to Poland. On the day the war broke out, my son and daughter-in-law were far away in Asia.
It turned out that I could not do it, but my daughter-in-law's sister took the child to Poland. Later, my son took my daughter and they took my daughter-in-law's sisters and mother with small children to friends in Germany. But there was an unpleasant surprise waiting for them! It turns out that the gentleman who granted them asylum supports Putin's actions!
And because my son, daughter-in-law, my granddaughter and my brother's son flew to Budapest!
Як я вже писала раніше, мій шлях в напрямку закордон почався тоді, коли мій син попросив привезти з України до Польщі його семилітню доньку, мою внучку. В той день, коли почалась війна, мій син з невісткою перебували далеко в Азії.
Так вийшло, що я не змогла цього зробити, але сестра моєї невістки відвезла дитину до Польщі. Пізніше мій син забрав доньку і вони повезли сестер та маму моєї невістки з малими дітьми до друзів в Німеччину. Але там їх чекала неприємна несподіванка! Виявляється той пан, який надав їм притулок, підтримує дії Путіна!
І тоді мій син, невістка , моя внучка і син мого рідного брата прилетіли до Будапешту!

The day before, we found more affordable housing, although also only for 5 days. Because it costs $ 50 and if you rent it for a month, then you need to look for something else. But we were happy to have a hot shower and a kitchen where we could cook something hot for ourselves. Here are some of the food we brought from breakfast at the hotel. So today you could eat and go for a walk :)
And in the city once again to buy a branded bun in Budapest, a twisted tube with a hole in the middle, which costs 500 forints, which is $ 2.

Але ми були щасливі, що маємо гарячий душ і кухню, де можемо приготувати для себе щось гаряче. Ось деяка їжа, яку ми принесли із сніданку в готелі. Отож сьогодні можна було з'їсти і йти на прогулянку :)
А в місті ще раз купити собі фірмову булочку Будапешту, скручену трубочку з діркою посередині, яка коштує 500 форинтів, що є 2 $.
We showed them the Eye of Budapest Ferris wheel and our son and children rode there. There is a place on the square where tourists from all over the world hang locks of hearts and it reminded me of my Lviv. My son wanted to return to Ukraine to be with his friends who are there! Maybe psychologically it would be easier for him to be there, make Molotov cocktails, go to the Territorial Defense with men ... Everyone knows the guilt felt by those people who are abroad or live in quiet regions ... at a time when some Ukrainians are at the epicenter of the war! But we must be wise and each play his part in the struggle for victory. My son has never held a weapon, but he knows how to make money and today 9 women and children of our family who need to pay for housing and food are under his responsibility.
Also, our military needs constant funding, and someone needs to do that. I will not list here all that our guys programmers have done and continue to do for the victory of Ukraine. God knows ... After the victory, someone has to rebuild destroyed houses and help bankrupt people. Everyone has a mission. So I thank God that he listened and stayed abroad to work in a calm environment.

Мій син хотів повернутись в Україну, щоб бути поряд зі своїми друзями, які є там! Можливо психологічно йому було б легше бути там, робити коктейлі Молотова, разом з чоловіками ходити в Територіальну оборону... Всім відоме почуття вини яке відчувають ті люди, які опинилися закордоном або живуть в спокійних регіонах... в той час, коли деякі українці знаходяться в епіцентрі війни! Але ми повинні бути мудрі і кожен виконувати свою роль в боротьбі за перемогу. Мій син ніколи не тримав зброю в руках, але він вміє заробляти гроші і сьогодні 9 жінок та дітей нашої родини, які потребують оплатити житло та їсти, є на його відповідальності.
Також наші військові потребують постійного фінансування, і хтось повинен це робити. Я не буду перераховувати тут все те що зробили і продовжують робити для перемоги України наші хлопці програмісти. Бог знає... Хтось має після перемоги відбудовувати зруйновані будинки і допомагати збанкрутілим людям. У кожного своя місія. Тому я дякую Богу, що він прислухався і залишився закордоном, щоб в спокійній обстановці працювати.

Коли ми вийшли на вулицю, я побачила таку вказівку українською мовою: "ДОПОМОГА українцям" і пішла поглянути де є це місце. Навпроти вокзалу Ньюгаті стоїть намет - пункт прийому пожертвувань. Ти можеш взяти там воду, деяку їжу і навіть одяг, який приносять люди. Любов спасе цей світ!

We must protect the psyche of our children from the terrible trauma of war. We adults now talk and think only about war. But we must pray for peace and avoid malice and hatred, giving vengeance and judgment to God ...
Ввечері ми приходили втомлені і готувались спати втрьох на одному ліжку, яке було зроблене в ніші за перегородкою і моя Даринка виявила для себе цікаву розвагу. Вона говорила: мамо, хочеш зі мною стрибати? Дитина має потребу багато рухатись і жити в мирі та безпеці. Вона вже втомилась від постійних розмов та новин про війну! Вона не хоче і не повинна жити з постійними думками про смерть та жахіття, які творять люди, керовані силами зла... Ми повинні уберегти психіку наших дітей від страшної травми, яку принесла війна. Ми, дорослі тепер говоримо та думаємо лише про війну. Але ми повинні молитись про мир та уникати злоби та ненависті, віддаючи помсту Богу...
