В росії культура постає активним джерелом пропаганди. Україна та країни-партнери, які підтримують мир та гуманізм у світі, вимагають наступне:
- Скасувати всі проєкти, до яких причетна Російська Федерація, та проєкти, які мають фінансування російського походження.
- Заборонити роботу російських культурних центрів на території держав-партнерок.
- Вилучити з наглядових рад та культурних альянсів громадян Російської Федерації, відмовитися від спонсорства та організаційної підтримки.
- Скасувати участь Російської Федерації (так, як вже скасовано її участь в Євробаченні) у міжнародних фестивалях, виставках, форумах та мистецьких подіях, серед яких:
а) виставки та ярмарки сучасного мистецтва, зокрема Венеційська бієнале, Art Basel, Documenta та інші;
б) Каннський, Берлінський, Венеційський та інші міжнародні кінофестивалі;
в) Зальцбурзький фестиваль, Авіньйонський фестиваль, Фестиваль Арена ді Верона та інші театральні й музичні події;
г) Літературні події, серед яких Франкфуртський книжковий ярмарок, Лондонський книжковий форум тощо.- Унеможливити висвітлення російської культури в мас-медіа
- Припинити співпрацю з артистами та митцями, які відкрито підтримують режим Володимира Путіна, як це вже зробили Мюнхенська філармонія, Роттердамський філармонійний оркестр, Театр Ла Скала, Королівська опера в Лондоні та багато інших культурних організацій, що виявили солідарність з Україною. /цитата quote/

In Russia, culture is an active source of propaganda. Ukraine and the partner countries that support peace and humanism in the world demand the following:
1. Cancel all projects in which the Russian Federation is involved, and projects that have funding of Russian origin.
2. Prohibit the work of Russian cultural centers in the territory of partner countries.
3. Withdraw citizens of the Russian Federation from supervisory boards and cultural alliances, refuse sponsorship and organizational support.
4. Abolish the participation of the Russian Federation (as already canceled its participation in Eurovision) in international festivals, exhibitions, forums and art events, including:
a) exhibitions and fairs of contemporary art, including the Venice Biennale, Art Basel, Documenta and others;
b) Cannes, Berlin, Venice and other international film festivals;
c) the Salzburg Festival, the Avignon Festival, the Arena di Verona Festival and other theatrical and musical events;
d) Literary events, including the Frankfurt Book Fair, the London Book Forum, etc.
