Polish General Dymanowski said (https://www.tvp.info/76390909/gosc-tvp-info-gen-karol-dymanowski-100-tysiecy-amerykanskich-zolnierzy-w-polsce-to-mozliwy-scenariusz) that 300,000 NATO troops have been put on high alert

Asked whether it was possible to increase the number of US troops in Poland to 100,000, he said it was a realistic scenario. "That is the premise of the latest NATO plans, which were approved at the political level at the recent summit in Vilnius. Until now, there were 40000 troops in the NATO grouping, now it has become 300000," General Dymanovsky said.

According to him, "soldiers will arrive in a threatened country even before the war starts. This is the essence of the plans, which are aimed at deterrence. We have various scenarios ready to adequately respond to aggression," he added.

It seems that for every tricky nut one can always find an equally tricky bolt to match it.

The task remains the same - the West needs Russia to "herd" its army in Ukraine. Any attempts to move the game into some other framework and try to impose their own rules must be suppressed.

In this sense, a 300,000-strong force is hardly an invasion force, it is not enough for that. But these forces are more than enough to repel an attack. Especially considering the availability of equipment, aviation, reconnaissance and missile weapons.

The fact that there is not enough for Ukraine does not mean that NATO's warehouses are empty. Not only is there the necessary stockpile for itself, but it is also being built up. By the way, this is one of the explanations for why aid to Ukraine has suddenly stalled: NATO is building up its own stockpiles in anticipation of a hypothetical conflict in the next six months to a year.
