А ось в Бразилії кажуть прийняли Закон, що був написаний Штучним Інтелектом. Може воно й краще: депутати не будуть придумувати такі речі, що викликають подив, а іноді й шок. А з іншого боку — стає моторошно, бо зовсім невідомо, яким потенціалом, можливостями впливу та я взагалі цілями керується Штучний Інтелект. Чи не здається нам, що ми маємо над ним контроль, а не навпаки? В будь-якому випадку прийняття цього Закону, якщо це, звичайно, не фейк є претендентом, на який будуть посилатися й можливо використовувати при виконанні подальшої роботи. З таким підходом до впровадження технічних новинок й швидкістю їх реалізації нам недовго залишилося чекати появи інституцій різного роду, фундамент яких буде опиратися на незрозумілий поки що Штучний Інтелект.

If I had read such a message in 2010, I would certainly have believed such an authoritative person, but not now.
On what is the Commission's excursus based? He believes that cryptocurrencies have no structure, no employees, no services. But that's not true. For example, Hive is structured and offers many services. And the employees are you and me, those who write in blogs, develop applications, etc. And there are cash flows and balance sheets also take place. But there are really problems with management, because there really are no such general and executive directors, their deputies, heads of departments, departments, sectors, who play an incredibly "important" role in the management system, in the blockchain. And that's great! Instead, there are investors, developers, block producers and others. It is very interesting to get acquainted with the arguments of the former head of the Commission, and something seems to me that after a certain time he will turn his opinion 180 degrees.
But in Brazil, they say they adopted the Law that was written by Artificial Intelligence. Maybe it is better: deputies will not come up with such things that cause surprise, and sometimes even shock. And on the other hand, it becomes scary, because it is completely unknown what potential, possibilities of influence and I, in general, goals are guided by Artificial Intelligence. Don't we feel like we have control over it and not the other way around? In any case, the adoption of this Law, if of course it is not a fake, is a contender that will be referred to and possibly used in further work. With such an approach to the introduction of technical innovations and the speed of their implementation, we do not have long to wait for the appearance of institutions of various kinds, the foundation of which will be based on the still incomprehensible Artificial Intelligence.
