Це нормальне явище і з такої точки зору абсолютно все можна розглядати як скам у тому чи іншому вигляді. Але, обираючи між чималої кількості сучасних активів, віддаю перевагу цифровим. У мене небагато улюблених активів в цифровому форматі. Це той же самий Біткоїн, старий-добрий Hive та ще пара NFT. По правді кажучи, до останніх я відношусь скептично й при першій же можливості, зростанні їх вартості, продам.
Криптовалюти зручні. Ну як з цим можна не погодитися? Їх зручно зберігати, возити з собою, передавати, обмінювати, накопичувати, витрачати... Для порівняння. Кілька років тому я придбав невеликий об'єкт нерухомості, якого тепер не можу позбутися навіть за початковою ціною. Зате витрати на обслуговування є. Зрозуміло, що нерухомість та криптовалюти — це зовсім різні види активів. Та все ж! Криптовалюти можна порівнювати з фіатними грошима, цінними паперами, дорогоцінними металами, але в кожному випадку децентралізовані цифрові активи знаходяться у виграшному положенні.

Так ось, на початку 2023 року їх було лише 24 тисячі, а під кінець року — понад 90 тисяч. Також з 3.8 тисяч до 7.4 тисяч зросла кількість адрес, яким належать Біткоїни на суму понад 10 мільйонів доларів. Звичайно, що частково це пов'язано зі значним подорожчанням головної криптовалюти. Також навряд чи можна говорити про появу нових 90 тисяч мільйонерів Біткоїна, адже з високою ймовірністю певна частина адрес належить одним й тим самим власникам. But, choosing between a considerable number of modern assets, I prefer digital ones. I have few favorite assets in digital format. It's the same Bitcoin, good old Hive and a couple more NFTs. To tell the truth, I am skeptical of the latter and will sell them at the first opportunity, when their value increases.
Cryptocurrencies are convenient. Well, how can you not agree with this? They are convenient to store, carry, transfer, exchange, accumulate, spend... For comparison. A few years ago I bought a small piece of real estate that I can't get rid of even at the original price. But there are maintenance costs. It is clear that real estate and cryptocurrencies are completely different types of assets. But still! Cryptocurrencies can be compared to fiat money, securities, precious metals, but in each case decentralized digital assets are in a winning position.
Yesterday I came across site, which compares the number of Bitcoin addresses with a balance of more than 1 million US dollars. So, at the beginning of 2023 there were only 24 thousand of them, and by the end of the year - more than 90 thousand. Also, from 3.8 thousand to 7.4 thousand, the number of addresses that own Bitcoins worth more than 10 million dollars has increased. Of course, this is partly due to the significant increase in the price of the main cryptocurrency. Also, it is hardly possible to talk about the emergence of new 90 thousand Bitcoin millionaires, because with a high probability a certain part of the addresses belong to the same owners. I wonder how many Bitcoin millionaires there will be in the world when the price of one coin exceeds 1 million US dollars.
