A few days ago I was there. The view is much better from both sides and when there is more light.
But that time I didn't want to stay long, as right now there is police block post at the beginning of bridge (as Chernivtsi oblast is on quarantine). The policeman checked where I'm going and my documents and as I'm registered in Kyiv, where I was heading, he had no questions.

Dniester Hydroelectric Station in Ukraine. Built it 1973-1981, it is the highest hydroelectric power station in Europe (over 100 meters) and an interesting destination for industrial tourism. Nearby is Novodnistrovsk city and border between Chernivtsi and Vinnytsya regions.

Ну я з людьми там не особливо спілкувався, і вірус в інших районах області. Але якраз в кінці (чи на початку, залежить від того звідки їхати) цього мосту блок пост, перевіряють документи
