Nadie nos dijo que iba a ser fácil o difícil el formar y mantener unida a una familia, no se tiene un libreto o instructivo para lograrlo, pero me he dado cuenta que una de las claves indispensables es mantener vivos los valores en el hogar, inculcar en mis hijos: el respeto, amor propio y al prójimo, honestidad, compañerismo, comprensión, confianza, comunicación, son algunos de los tantos valores que nos ayudan a mantenernos unidos; otra cosa que considero indispensable para reforzar los lazos con mis hijos, es el acompañarlos y apoyarlos en cada una de sus actividades, ya sean escolares, extra cátedras, o las que ellos decidan practicar.

Disfruto el asistir a cada una de las actividades propuestas para mis hijos, el día de hoy tuve el placer de ser parte de una grandiosa actividad en el preescolar de mi hijo menor Juan Andrés, donde las maestras realizaron dinámicas para romper el hielo, autoevaluación y reflexión, crecimiento personal; me sorprendí gratamente al ver la calidad de maestras que se encuentran educando a mi hijo, maestras entregadas, cariñosas, preocupadas, de gran calidad humana.
I enjoy attending each of the activities proposed for my children, today I had the pleasure of being part of a great activity in the preschool of my youngest son Juan Andrés, where the teachers performed icebreaker dynamics, self-evaluation and reflection, personal growth; I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of teachers who are educating my son, dedicated teachers, caring, concerned, of great human quality.
Una de las actividades que mas me gusto fue cuando nos pasaron un gran muñeco y nos pidieron que hiciéramos como despertamos a nuestros hijos en la mañana, en este momento nos reímos mucho, pero también fue un momento cargado de emociones, ya que muchas madres lloraban al decir que ellas no despertaban a sus hijos porque salían muy temprano a trabajar ( les cuento que sentí un nudo en la garganta), se vieron padres cariñosos, otros no tanto, juguetones y otros consentidores que agarran a sus hijos y vuelven a dormir jajaja; con esta simple actividad nos sirvió para reflexionar sobre el cariño y el tiempo que dedicamos a nuestros hijos en estas cosas tan simples pero que marcan su vida y recuerdos.

Presentaron videos, canciones y lecturas que nos hicieron pensar si estamos haciendo las cosas bien, o si estamos dedicando tiempo de calidad, algo muy cierto que dijo una de las maestras “si es poco el tiempo que tienes, trata de dar el cien porciento de ti, tu hijo lo sabrá valorar”; también vimos abuelas que están criando a los nietos, donde las maestras les recordaron siempre mantener vivo el lugar de mamá y papá, diciendo “para esos fueron creados los roles, y debemos respetar el que nos corresponde”, en la actualidad de mi país esto es muy común ya que muchos padres han tenido que emigrar a otros países parra buscar mejoras salariales y ofrecer mejor calidad de vida a la familia especialmente a los hijos, por ello debemos reconocer el gran sacrificio, no me imagino tener que pasar por esta situación, debe ser muy difícil dejar a la familia.

Luego de tantas emociones, nos colocaron de pie y pidieron cerrar los ojos, guiados por una extraordinaria maestra, de las mas jóvenes pero muy preparada, nos iba contando una historia, con mucho cuidado y sin notarlo el resto de las maestras nos colocaron a nuestros pequeños enfrente y al abrir los ojos estaban allí, (acá no pude contener mis lágrimas) un momento muy emotivo, mi esposa y yo le dimos un gran abrazo a nuestro Juan Andrés, traía una manitas de papel con un mensaje “mi familia, mi gran tesoro”.
