Hola mamis y papis de #motherhood, Reciban un fuerte abrazo y muchas bendiciones. Todos sabemos que la crianza de los hijos no es nada fácil y que para muchos papás representa todo un reto hacer frente a la crianza de manera efectiva, sin embargo sumimos el desafío y día tras días nos enfrentamos a los nuevos retos que esto representa.
Hello #motherhood moms and dads, Receive a big hug and many blessings. We all know that parenting is not easy and that for many dads it is a challenge to deal with parenting effectively, however we rise to the challenge and day after day we face the new challenges that this represents.
Cómo padres nos sentimos agobiados en muchos momentos y no sabemos cómo actuar ante ciertas situaciones pero nuestro amor por ellos nos guía para hacer siempre lo que consideramos lo mejor. Y a medida que nuestros hijos crecen las situaciones se vuelven más complicadas.
As parents we feel overwhelmed at many times and do not know how to act in certain situations but our love for them guides us to always do what we think is best. And as our children get older, situations become more complicated.
Mis hijos están en edad de pre adolescencia y algunas cosas han ido cambiado en su comportamiento. Por ello trato de estar siempre al pendiente y ayudarlos a vivir esa etapa que puede llegar a ser algo complicada para ellos, ya he tomado la iniciativa de conversar con ellos sobre los cambios que ocurrirán en su cuerpo y de todas las sensaciones que comenzarán a experimentar.
My children are in pre-adolescence and some things have been changing in their behavior. That is why I always try to be aware and help them to live this stage that can be somewhat complicated for them, I have already taken the initiative to talk with them about the changes that will occur in their bodies and all the sensations they will begin to experience.
Obviamente no es nada sencillo explicarle sobre este tema a los niños pero ellos deben estar concientes de que pronto habrán muchos cambios en ellos y como padres debemos asumir ese desafío y estar allí para cuando ellos necesiten de nuestros consejos y protección.
Obviously it is not easy to explain this subject to children but they should be aware that soon there will be many changes in them and as parents we must take on that challenge and be there for them when they need our advice and protection.

Mis recomendaciones para los padres que estén atravesando etapas difíciles en la críanza de sus hijos es que no desanimen ni bajen la guardia. Ningún padre tiene la certeza de estar haciendo las cosas bien pero confiamos en nuestro instinto y en el amor que sentimos por nuestros hijos, la vida no nos prepara lo suficiente para este rol tan importante pero lo asumimos con toda la alegría y la satisfacción que nos da el sólo hecho de convertirnos en padres.
My recommendations for parents who are going through difficult stages in the upbringing of their children is not to get discouraged or lower their guard. No parent is certain that they are doing things right but we trust our instinct and the love we feel for our children, life does not prepare us enough for this important role but we assume it with all the joy and satisfaction that comes from the mere fact of becoming parents.
Nosotros aprendemos de nuestra propia experiencia, de aquellos consejos que recibimos de nuestros padres o de algún amigo familiar que en algún momento atravesó por situaciones similares. Pero nunca debemos dejar de lado nuestros instintos de padres porque en realidad sólo nosotros sabremos lo que será mejor para nuestros hijos.
We learn from our own experience, from the advice we receive from our parents or from a family friend who went through similar situations at some point. But we should never put aside our parental instincts because in reality only we will know what will be best for our children.
Otro aspecto importante es el tema de la confianza sobre todo cuando nuestros hijos comienzan a crecer, debemos hacerles sentir que estamos allí para ayudarlos y comprenderlos. Es vital que nuestros hijos puedan tener la suficiente confianza para contarnos si atraviesan por algún problema.
Another important aspect is the issue of trust, especially when our children begin to grow up, we must make them feel that we are there to help and understand them. It is vital that our children can have enough confidence to tell us if they are going through any problem.
Siempre he pensado que poner reglas en el hogar es importante pero eso no impide que también podamos consentir y hacerles saber a nuestros hijos que pueden confiar en nosotros en todo momento. La crianza es recíproca pues nosotros estamos ayudándoles a crecer y a defenderse pero ellos nos ayudan ser mejores personas, a corregir errores sobre la marcha y así juntos crecer como familia.
I have always thought that setting rules at home is important but that does not prevent us from also spoiling and letting our children know that they can trust us at all times. Parenting is reciprocal because we are helping them to grow and defend themselves but they help us to be better people, to correct mistakes as we go along and so together we grow as a family.

El rol de padres es muy hermoso, para mí la mejor de las facetas que podemos tener. No importa cuántos problemas o conflictos tengamos durante la crianza de nuestros hijos, está siempre nos llenará de emociones, orgullo y satisfacciones. Aplaudir sus logros y ayudarlos a superar cada obstáculo que se presente en su camino es nuestra misión como padres sin olvidar que los estamos formando para que hagan su propia vida.
The role of parents is very beautiful, for me the best facet we can have. No matter how many problems or conflicts we have during the upbringing of our children, it will always fill us with emotions, pride and satisfaction. To applaud their achievements and help them overcome every obstacle that comes their way is our mission as parents without forgetting that we are forming them to make their own life.
Para finalizar no olvidemos que nuestra labor de padres jamás tendrá fin, no importa la edad que tengan nuestros hijos así que sólo debemos aprender afrontar cada día de su crianza y ayudarlos a convertirse en hombres mujeres de bien. Seamos garantes de una buena educación inculcado valores y procurando que nuestros hijos puedan tener una vida feliz.
Finally, let us not forget that our work as parents will never end, no matter how old our children are, so we must only learn to face each day of their upbringing and help them to become good men and women. Let us be guarantors of a good education, instilling values and ensuring that our children can have a happy life.

Amiga @eumelysm que lindo post y contenido. Comparto contigo tu apreciación nuestra labor de padres no tiene fin. Debemos dar lo mejor de nosotros para que crezcan sanos y felices. Amiga en relación a lo que refieres de la etapa de preadolescentes en mi experiencia es la etapa clave amiga para orientarlos en todo desde los cuidados higiénicos y sus cambios físicos. Pero además de hablarles de los posibles influencias externas y de su protección física y mental. Para que no se dejen influenciar por otros. El tema de la confianza es importante. Cuida mucho de tus hijos y acompañarlos siempre en esta etapa tenemos que estar muy pendientes y ser muy cuidadosos. Un placer leerte y te deseo todo el éxito del mundo en la crianza de tus hijos.
