En estos tiempos de grandes avances tecnológicos, de comunicación y desarrollo muchas veces las familias se convierten simplemente en puntos de encuentro, sin mayor interacción o afecto, sin planificación mas allá de las actividades propias de los padres o los niños. Todo se centra en el trabajo de los adultos, las tareas y actividades extras de los mas pequeños. Esto a pesar de la importancia que tiene el compartir y crear recuerdos más allá de lo cotidiano, por eso he tomado la iniciativa de mostrarles a ustedes, como comparto con mi hija los momentos que tenemos juntos.
In these times of great technological advances, communication and development, families often become simply meeting points, without much interaction or affection, without planning beyond the activities of parents or children. Everything is focused on the work of the adults, the chores and extra activities of the children. This despite the importance of sharing and creating memories beyond the everyday, so I have taken the initiative to show you Llike I share the moments we have together with my daughter***.
Siempre he intentado que ella conozca muchos lugares, que sea capaz de amar la naturaleza, la cuidad y todas las actividades que puede hacer, desde caminar, correr, patinar, manejar bicicleta. Todo lo que le permita sentirse mas plena y tener una gran cantidad de recuerdos hermosos. Comenzamos muy temprano, preparando un desayuno bastante nutritivo, plátano huevos, aguacate y frutas, con eso tendríamos suficiente energía para nuestro día. A mi hija no le gusta mucho esta montaña porque no tiene rio, en la cuidad de Valencia, Venezuela se conoce como el cerro de La Cruz, frecuentemente vamos a otra montana en la cual nos podemos bañar en el rio pero nos queda un poco mas retirado.
I have always tried to make sure that she knows many places, that she is able to love nature, the city and all the activities she can do, from walking, running, skating, riding a bike. Everything that allows her to feel more fulfilled and have a lot of beautiful memories. We started very early, preparing a very nutritious breakfast, banana, eggs, avocado and fruits, with that we would have enough energy for our day. My daughter does not like this mountain because it has no river, in the city of Valencia, Venezuela it is known as the Cerro de La Cruz, we often go to another mountain where we can bathe in the river but it is a little further away.*

En esta oportunidad fuimos a un cerro que limita la cuidad de Valencia. Por un lado tenemos San diego, por el otro Naguanagua y nuestra cuidad. En esta subida, no solo fuimos nosotros dos, sino también llevamos a nuestra mascota Lulu. El paseo en la montaña, tiene demasiado beneficios para los niños, conocen de primera mano el esfuerzo físico, la textura de montaña, sus relieves, colores, aroma y todos los animales que viven en la zona.
This time we went to a hill that limits the city of Valencia. On one side we have San Diego, on the other Naguanagua and our city. On this climb, it was not only the two of us, but we also took our pet Lulu. The walk in the mountain, has too many benefits for children, they know firsthand the physical effort, the mountain texture, its reliefs, colors, aroma and all the animals that live in the area*.

El entretenimiento de los niños no puede estar únicamente ligado a unos canales de televisión, un teléfono o Tablet, esas son cosas que no le permiten imaginar ni sentir cada verdadera pequeña aventura de su vida. Nuestros niños hoy en día, se aburren muy fácilmente sino tiene una pantalla para ver, creando insatisfacciones, hastió y limitando la creatividad.
Entertainment cannot be only linked to a few TV channels, a phone or Tablet, those are things that do not allow them to imagine and feel every real little adventure of their life. Our children nowadays, get bored very easily if they don't have a screen to watch, creating dissatisfaction, boredom and limiting creativity*.
Tuvimos un hermoso regalo por parte de la naturaleza, una fuerte lluvia por mas de veinte minutos, quedamos súper mojados, tanto mi hija como la perra intentaban refugiarse en un árbol pero era imposible, la lluvia ganaba terreno y se adueñaba de todo el espacio. Llegamos a la cumbre del pico, pudimos disfrutar de la hermosa vista que nos regalaba, ya el cansancio se apodero de todos, al bajar disfrutamos de un helado bastante rico que hizo terminar con broche de oro nuestra mañana.
We had a beautiful gift from nature, a heavy rain for more than twenty minutes, we were super wet, both my daughter and the dog tried to take refuge in a tree but it was impossible, the rain was gaining ground and took over the whole space. We reached the top of the peak, we could enjoy the beautiful view that it gave us, and the tiredness took over everyone, when we came down we enjoyed a delicious ice cream that made our morning end with a flourish.*
