La lactancia algo que forma parte de mi día a día
Buenos días a todos espero estén muy bien es mi primera vez que publicó un post en esta hermosa comunidad de #Motherhood.
Gracias por el tiempo que se toman para leer mi post en esta bella comunidad donde podemos compartir nuestras experiencias como madres día a día.
Pues hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco sobre la lactancia materna y la importancia que esto tiene , lo compartire para que muchas de las chicas de esta bella comunidad puedan leer
Pues que es la lactancia materna es cuando alimentamos a nuestros hijos e hijas mediante el seno es ese momento en el que nosotras como madres nos conectamos con ellos

Well today I want to share with you a little bit about breastfeeding and the importance that this has and for many girls in this beautiful community including me is part of our days.
Well what is breastfeeding is when we feed our sons and daughters through the breast is that moment in which we as mothers we connect with them.
Los nutrientes que aportan a nuestros hijos varían , ya que al darle del seno le estamos otorgando distintas fuentes de vitaminas como lo son las grasas, carbohidratos, proteínas, etc
La lactancia trae muchos beneficios para nuestro hijos recién nacidos ya que a medida que ellos van creciendo la lactancia no será la misma.
¿ por qué no es la misma ? pues bueno la lactancia como muchas sabemos aportan nutrientes que un recién nacido requiere hasta los seis meses de edad o hasta los dos años.
Luego de los 6 meses de edad ya los médicos nos empiezan a recomendarnos quitarles ya el seno a nuestros hijos
en ocasiones también cuando pasamos mucho tiempo reteniendo la leche materna lo que son los lóbulos de la mama llegan a inflamarse, provocando lo que se conoce como mastitis. pues les cuento que a mi me a pasado en dos ocasiones pues tengo una niña de 2 años de edad jajajaja y aún lacta ya e intentado de muchas maneras para que la deje pero no ella sigue hay jejeje y nada que la deja
Hace poco también tuve una mastitis me dio mucha fiebre y estuve algo mala también por que pase mucho tiempo sin darle del seno a mí bebé
Yo ya quiero que la vaya dejando por qué pues se que ya no le alimenta igual a como cuando era más pequeña.
Hay veces que me pregunto cuándo dejará de lactar mi hija, aveses es agotador por qué en ocasiones pide a cada rato pues trato de entretenerla con otras cosas para que se le olvide
The nutrients that we provide to our children vary because there are too many that we provide to our newborns such as fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, protein, etc.
Breastfeeding brings many benefits for when our children are newborns because as they grow up breastfeeding will not be the same.
And why it is not the same because we know that breastfeeding provides nutrients that a newborn requires up to six months of age or up to two years.
From 6 months of age onwards, doctors start recommending us to remove the breast from our children.
sometimes also when we spend a long time withholding breast milk, the lobes of the breast become inflamed, causing what is known as mastitis. well I tell you that this has happened to me on two occasions because I have a 2 year old girl hahahaha and she is still breastfeeding and I have tried many ways to get her to stop but she is still there hehehehe and nothing to stop her.
Recently I also had a mastitis and I had a high fever and I was also a little sick because I didn't breastfeed my baby for a long time.
I want her to stop because I know that she doesn't feed her the same way as when she was younger.
There are times when I wonder when my daughter will stop breastfeeding, sometimes it is exhausting because sometimes she asks for it all the time and I try to entertain her with other things so that she forgets to breastfeed.
les presento a mi hija tiene 2 años, una princesa muy cariñosa, amorosa algo tremenda muy alegre demasiado entendida.
Y Cuentenme chicas hasta que edad les dieron de lactar a sus hijos e hijas
También debemos tomar en cuenta las postura en la que le damos de lactar a nuestros hijos ya que una buena postura nos permite agarrar bien a nuestros hijos, y nos permite aliviar las tensiones en la espalda y cuello .
