Espero que se encuentren súper genial, yo hoy quiero compartirles una noticia muy importante y maravillosa y es que mi pequeño y segundo príncipe Ethan ya nació y todo sucedió este 19 de mayo por medio de una cesaría que fue realmente aterradora con algunas complicaciones pero gracias a Dios todo salió tan perfecto, ya estoy en casita con mis dos amores mi Dylan y Ethan y jamás me sentí tan feliz y afortunada por este maravilloso regalo que son ellos, es por ello que quiero compartirte un poco de mi experiencia en la cesárea y todas las foticos de la bienvenida a Ethan a nuestras vidas, espero les guste este post que esta hecho con tanto amor

I hope you are feeling great, today I want to share with you a very important and wonderful news and that is that my little and second prince Ethan was born and it all happened this May 19 through a cesarean that was really scary with some complications but thank God everything went so perfect, I am already at home with my two loves my Dylan and Ethan and I have never felt so happy and fortunate for this wonderful gift that they are, that is why I want to share with you a little of my experience in the cesarean section and all the pictures of Ethan's welcome to our lives, I hope you like this post that is made with so much love.
Esta aventura comenzó hace ya unos nueve cuando me entere que estaba esperando a mi bebe Ethan sin esperarlo ni planearlo pero sin duda un gran regalo que recibió mi hijo Dylan con mucha emoción ya que la idea de ser hermano mayor lo tenía muy contento, ya seriamos 4 me sentía tan afortunada y emocionada, todo mi embarazo estuvo lleno altas y bajas gracias a esto yo me encontraba muy aterrada y con tantas dudas por la cesárea pero fue la mejor decisión por algunos problemas que había tenido, asi que mi cesárea se planifico para el 19 de mayo, llegue muy temprano al centro médico en compañía de mi mami por ser muy temprano mi esposo se quedo con Dylan para darle desayuno y luego alcanzarnos un par de horas mas tarde
This adventure started about nine years ago when I found out that I was expecting my baby Ethan without expecting it or planning it but without a doubt a great gift that my son Dylan received with great excitement because the idea of being a big brother had him very happy, we would be 4 and I felt so lucky and excited, my whole pregnancy was full of ups and downs thanks to this I was very terrified and with so many doubts about the c-section but it was the best decision because of some problems I had had, so my c-section was planned for May 19th, I arrived very early to the medical center with my mommy because it was very early my husband stayed with Dylan to give him breakfast and then catch us a couple of hours later.
No pensé que sería tan rápido así que apenas llegue comenzaron a prepararme, me coloraron la vía para los medicamentos en mi mano y a cambiarme como veía que mi esposo no llegaba estaba muy asustada yo quería verlos antes de la operación después de colocarme mi bata quirúrgica y todos los implementos me colocaron en una silla de ruedas y fui directo al quirófano hay me colocan hidratación y algo para los vómitos ya que por los nervios tenia nauseas, espere un par de minutos que se reunieran los médicos y pase a colocarme la anestesia en mi columna les puedo decir que fue muy aterrador y doloroso jajajaja
I did not think it would be so fast so as soon as I arrived they started to prepare me, they put the IV for the medicines in my hand and to change me as I saw that my husband did not arrive I was very scared I wanted to see them before the operation after putting on my surgical gown and all the implements they put me in a wheelchair and I went straight to the operating room there they put me hydration and something for the vomiting because I was nauseous because of the nerves, I waited a couple of minutes for the doctors to meet and then they put the anesthesia in my spine, I can tell you that it was very scary and painful hahahaha.
Al momento que pase todo esto me acostaron y colocaron la cortina para no ver nada desde mi pecho hacia abajo, allí ya no sentía nada desde mi pecho hacia abajo y todo comenzó al principio todo iba muy bien me mantuve tranquila luego vi a mi bebe y no pude contener las lagrimas cuando escuche su llanto y luego me colocaron junto a mi rostro para lograr darle un beso, junto a mi podía ver como el neonatologo lo limpiaba y pesaba, fue ahí donde vino la taquicardia y escuche cuando decía que tenía un sangrado muy fuerte y la tensión comenzó a dispararse me asuste mucho comencé a vomitar en medio de la cirugía pero gracias a dios solo fue por unos minutos y lograron controlarla
When I passed all this they laid me down and placed the curtain so I could not see anything from my chest down, there I did not feel anything from my chest down and everything started at first everything went very well I kept calm then I saw my baby and I could not hold back the tears when I heard her cry and then they placed me next to my face to kiss her, Next to me I could see how the neonatologist cleaned him and weighed him, it was there where the tachycardia came and I heard when he said that he had a very strong bleeding and the pressure began to shoot up, I was very scared and I started to vomit in the middle of the surgery but thank God it was only for a few minutes and they managed to control it.
Thank God the doctors managed to stop this bleeding that apparently had occurred at the time of detaching the placenta the doctor explained to me that it was because it was not clotting but the worst was already over once they sterilized me and intervened in an inguinal hernia something I was very grateful for.
Al terminar todo ya me sentía mejor, aun estaba con la anestesia por lo que me dejaron en observación hasta que pudiera sentir mis piernas otra vez para luego pasarme a la habitación donde al fin pude ver a mi hijo Dylan y a mi esposo, al cabo de unos minutos nos traen a Ethan y lo recibimos con tanta felicidad, yo sentía dolor y aun no podía hablar pero estaba tan feliz porque lo había logrado
When everything was over I felt better, I was still under anesthesia so they left me under observation until I could feel my legs again and then they took me to the room where I could finally see my son Dylan and my husband, after a few minutes they brought Ethan to us and we received him with so much happiness, I was in pain and I still could not speak but I was so happy because I had made it.
A pesar de todo lo ocurrido pude pararme a caminar a las 6 horas con éxito, y el dolor a pesar de ser fuerte pude controlarlo con los medicamentos, hoy cumplo apenas 2 días de recuperación y me siento muy bien, ya estoy en casita y con la ayuda de mi familia he podido tomar todo con calma e ir mejorando, no les voy a mentir siento dolor aun para pararme y acostarme pero estoy tan contenta con mis dos amores
In spite of everything that happened I was able to walk for 6 hours with success, and the pain in spite of being strong I was able to control it with the medicines, today I am only 2 days of recovery and I feel very well, I am already at home and with the help of my family I have been able to take everything calmly and get better, I am not going to lie to you I still feel pain to stand up and lie down but I am so happy with my two loves.

La cesárea es todo un tema. Gracias a Dios yo no tuve complicaciones en ninguna de las dos oportunidades. Con mi última niña algo de taquicardia y me sedaron un poquito y listo.
