What woman hasn't dreamed of being in a beauty pageant and winning? Well, I haven't. Not because I have self-esteem problems, but because I clearly do not have some of those "gifts" established by a part of society. However, as children we sometimes fulfill those dreams left by our parents.
So it was that when I was about 7 years old I participated in the election of the Carnival Queen for my sector. I have vague memories of that event but I can tell you;
- Two weeks before the big event my diet changed a little so I wouldn't gain kilos and so I wouldn't LOSE the costumes that were going to be made.
- A selection was made of several of the inhabitants of the sector, not all of them participated. Although we all knew that Amanda was going to win, a pretty girl, light eyes, light brown hair, thin. A very pretty girl.
But for that time and now I don't stop much to the differences, but I was and I am aware when a classmate is pretty and better benefited than me. 😄
- We had rehearsal every day at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Punctual after school and advance assignments.
- Rehearsals involved runway routine, choreography, diction.
(Yes all that for a girl who was just getting together to do something different).
Election day came and I just remember, walk this way, keep going this way, watch out for falling off the dais or on the dais. A rolled outfit that was my formal wear and a Hawaiian outfit that was part of one of the dances.
That outfit then became a formal carnival costume for two years in a row.

From this experience I'm left, poor thing those who walk in contests, walking, waving, posing, smiling, and remembering who I'm after. It's a lot for a little girl. I still lost the costumes, not because of excess kilos but because I didn't feel like wearing them anymore 😎

*What would I do if I won?

*Why do I deserve to be Miss Mom Hive?
Because it would be the ultimate, beautiful achievement within the Motheehood community. A nice achievement in motherhood. A badge of honor, a pat on the shoulder where we tell each other we are doing well, you are doing well. My letter of introduction a happy, free child,

Está semana hay una divertida iniciativa en @motherhood todos los detalles te los dejo por Aquí
¿Que mujer no ha soñado con estar en un concurso de belleza y ganar? Pues yo no. No por tener problemas de autoestima, sino porque estoy clara no tengo algunos de esos "dotes" establecidos por una parte de la sociedad. Sin embargo, cómo hijos a veces cumplimos esos sueños pendientes de nuestros padres.
Así fue que cuando tenía más o menos 7 años participe en la elección de la Reina de Carnaval por mi sector. Tengo recuerdos vagos de ese suceso pero les puedo decir;
- Dos semanas antes del magno evento mi alimentación cambio un poco para que no aumentará kilitos y así no PERDIERA los trajes que se iban hacer.
- Se hizo una selección de varias de las habitantes de sector, no todas participaron. Aunque ya todas sabíamos iba ganar Amanda una niña linda, ojos claros, cabello risado castaño claro, delgada. Una niña muy linda.
Pero para ese tiempo y ahorita no le paro mucho a las diferencias, pero si estaba y estoy conciente cuando una compañera está linda y mejor beneficiada que yo. 😄
- Teníamos ensayo todos los días a las 3 de la tarde. Puntual luego del colegio y adelantar tareas.
- Los ensayos involucraban rutina de pasarela, coreografía, dicción.
(Si todo eso para una niñas que solo estaban reuniéndose para hacer algo diferentes)
El día de la elección llegó y solo recuerdo, camina por aquí, sigue por aquí, cuidado con caerte de la tarima o en la tarima. Un conjunto rodado que era mi ropa de gala y un conjunto hawaiano que era parte de uno de los bailes.
Ese conjunto luego fue disfraz formal de carnaval por dos años consecutivos.
Bien, esa noche paso súper rápido, ya han pasado unas cuantas décadas y todavía el baile me persigue. Baile "El baile de perrito de Wilfrido Vargas" si! Los latinos saben de qué hablo. Los extranjeros los coloco en referencia, es un merengue rápido con pasos un poco insinuantes".
Como cosa rara adivinen ¿Quien ganó? Pues sí!! Yo!!! No mentira ganó Amanda 🤕😄
De esta experiencia me quedo, pobrecita las que andan en concursos, caminar, saludar, posar, sonreír, y recordar detrás de quien voy. Es mucho para una niñita. Igual perdí los trajes, no por kilos en exceso sino porque no me dió la gana usarlos más 😎
Entonces llegue aquí, yo de terca y porfiada, yo siendo totalmente yo. Cómo una candidata en Miss Mom Hive 🤣😂

¿Qué me hace diferente?
Mi capacidad de observación, considero que ante de emitir cualquier opinión de cualquier tema, así sea de tu dominio, uno debe evaluar dónde está. Detallar el espacio y las circunstancias, par así dar un aporte desde tu verdad y tu propuesta de solución.
¿Qué me trajo aquí?
Ser una inquieta e inventadora, tratar de estar en los espacios que brinda #Hive y disfrutarlo al máximo. Nuestra versión de libertad.
¿Que haría si gano?
Llorar de la emoción, con una mano en la boca expresando sorpresa y la otra en la cabeza para no perder la corona. Las flores me las van a guardar los guardaespaldas, si guardaespaldas porque no voy a permitir que ninguna otra mamá me quiera quitar la corona!!! 🥳🇻🇪
Por qué merezco ser Miss Mom Hive?
Porque sería lo máximo, un logro bonito dentro de la comunidad Motheehood. Un logro bonito dentro de la maternidad. Una insignia honorífica, una palmada en el hombro dónde nos decimos vamos bien, lo estás haciendo bien. Mi carta de presentación un niño feliz, libre,
unaa sonrisa que derrite y te hace brillar.
Estar aquí nos hace ganadoras, cada oportunidad de crecer con las experiencia propias y las compartidas. Mucho que disfrutar.

Jajajajaja a mi paso en un certamen, que la chica tenía un nombre parecido al mío, entonces el publico gritaba mi nombre pero la Host me odiaba y decía que era para la otra esa barra 🙄🥺 mis amigos se mataron gritando y a la final ganó ella JAJAJAJAJA. Y bueh, me baje de la tarima a comer hamburguesas y tequeños, obvio con coca-cola xD.
Jajajaja cosas que pasan detrás de un certamen. Lo más importante es lo que está después una rica comelona. Jajaja
