Hoy quiero hablarles de los cumpleaños infantiles, sí de mí dependiera le celebraría cada año a luna, un día que sea inolvidable para ella, que se sienta muy especial, ver a sus seres queridos reunidos en un solo espacio y sus amigos solo para celebrarla, sería un sueño.
Today I want to talk about children's birthdays, if it were up to me I would celebrate every year for Luna, a day that would be unforgettable for her, that she would feel very special, to see her loved ones gathered in a single space and her friends just to celebrate her, it would be a dream.
Pero no siempre podemos hacer eso ya sea por cuestiones de dinero o tiempo, personalmente desde que le célebre el primer añito a Luna; es mi primera y única hija, había pasado muchas cosas fuertes en el embarazo y quería hacer una hermosa fiesta para ella, comprendiendo que ella no recordaría eso jejeje, estaba en Bogotá hubo mucha comida, invité a todos mis amigos que me apoyaron mientras estuve en Bogotá, decoramos hermosísimo su cumpleaños, la pasamos super bien.
But we can not always do that either because of money or time, personally since I celebrated Luna's first birthday; she is my first and only daughter, I had gone through many hard things in pregnancy and I wanted to make a beautiful party for her, understanding that she would not remember that hehehe, I was in Bogota there was a lot of food, I invited all my friends who supported me while I was in Bogota, we decorated her birthday beautifully, we had a great time.
Excepto que cuando eres el anfitrión de una fiesta debes atender a todos los invitados controlar las locuras de los niños y bueno, fue bastante estresante celebrar su cumpleaños, sin mencionar que previamente debes encargar el pastel, comprar decoraciones, hacer pasapalos, vestir a la cumpleañera, es una carrera contra el tiempo jaja desde ese entonces decidí que no podría hacer esto cada año entonces solo le celebraría(fiesta) sus 5 años sus 10 sus 15 y sus 18.
Except that when you are the host of a party you have to take care of all the guests, control the craziness of the kids and well, it was quite stressful to celebrate her birthday, not to mention that previously you have to order the cake, buy decorations, make snacks, dress the birthday girl, it's a race against time haha since then I decided that I could not do this every year so I would only celebrate her 5 years, her 10, her 15 and her 18.
Cuando eres el invitado y llevas a tu hijo a una fiesta suele ser divertida pasapalos, dulces, sentados compartiendo con otros padres, tu hijo jugando con otros niños, picar la torta, romper la piñata todo parece relativamente entretenido. Pero cuando eres el anfitrión las cosas cambian, tienes que atender a los invitados adultos y niños, controlar todo en la fiesta, hacer juegos para mantener a los niños bajo relativo control jajaja… A veces las cosas no salen bien debes correr y resolverlo, en conclusión, pasas más tiempo trabajando y parado que disfrutando la fiesta jajaja (es mi experiencia).
When you are the guest and you take your child to a party it is usually fun, snacks, candy, sitting around sharing with other parents, your child playing with other kids, cutting the cake, breaking the piñata, everything seems relatively entertaining. But when you are the host things change, you have to take care of the adult and children guests, control everything in the party, make games to keep the kids under relative control hahaha... Sometimes things don't go well you have to run and solve it, in conclusion, you spend more time working and standing than enjoying the party hahaha (this is my experience).
Pero verla a ella disfrutar su fiesta jugar con sus amigos bromear con sus abuelos, verla que por un día es el centro de atención de todos, es lo más hermoso que puedo ver en la vida y olvidó por un momento todo el estrés que he pasado en la fiesta jajaja. Feliz cumpleaños hermosa Luna, sigue manteniendo tu fuerza emocional, tus ocurrencias espontáneas para buscarle una explicación a todo, tu energía inagotable (bueno podemos bajarle solo un poquito jejeje) y que sigas aprendiendo a ser feliz, te amo preciosa, mi niña valiente.
Por aquí dejo fotos de lo que fue sus 5 añitos de Luna Isabella y a descansar unos 5 años más de esta odisea que es hacer una fiesta jajaja.
But seeing her enjoying her party, playing with her friends, joking with her grandparents, seeing her that for one day she is the center of attention of everyone, is the most beautiful thing I can see in life and I forgot for a moment all the stress I have gone through at the party hahaha. Happy birthday beautiful Luna, keep on keeping your emotional strength, your spontaneous occurrences to find an explanation for everything, your inexhaustible energy (well we can lower it just a little hehehehe) and keep learning to be happy, I love you precious, my brave girl.
