Hola amigos, en horas de la tarde del día sábado nos fuimos mi niño y yo a pasar el rato en la plaza aledaña al panteón Nacional. El sol era increíblemente fuerte y había tanta luz que aproveche de tomar unas cuantas fotos para mostrarles a ustedes como estaba el día. Mi niño disfruto un montón jugando con la pelota, correteando y jugando haciendo maromas en cualquier lugar.
Estos momentos divertidos son propicios para conectar con este mini adolescente que ahora tengo en casa, uno que a veces prefiere estar metido en el tv sin parar por horas, o en el celular mío o de su papá mientras juega cualquier cosa. En fin, tengo que generar estos momentos al aire libre donde de verdad el pueda estirar las piernas y hacer otra cosa que no incluya una pantalla al frente.
En estos tiempos donde es un desafío el ejercer la maternidad y paternidad,estos espacios de desconexión son valiosos y muy necesarios; pues por dónde uno mire la predisposición a la dependencia tecnológica es casi una lucha que pareciera no ser derrotada fácilmente. Es por ello que debe ser imperante encontrar espacios donde la naturaleza sea el cobijo y distracción principal de nuestros chamos. Confío plenamente en que justo allí está el camino para detener los avances nada beneficiosos de la creciente demanda tecnológica.
Ojo, me encanta la tecnología, pero me parece que todo a su debido tiempo en las manos de nuestros hijos. Así como considero que las pelotas, los juegos de mesa y otras herramientas de distracción son un medio maravilloso para tener un vínculo de amor, enseñanza y sana diversión con los niños.
Busquemos estos espacios, así sea una hora al día. Créanme que los beneficios son maravillosos.

That is why it should be imperative to find spaces where nature is the main shelter and distraction for our kids. I am fully confident that right there is the way to stop the not at all beneficial advances of the growing technological demand.
I love technology, but it seems to me that everything in due time in the hands of our children. Just as I consider that balls, board games and other distraction tools are a wonderful way to have a bond of love, teaching and healthy fun with children.
Let's look for these spaces, even if it is only one hour a day. Believe me, the benefits are wonderful.

Ese balance entre la tecnología y la recreación cuan importante es, cuando estamos ocupados es un desafío, me paso recien también que mi pequeña me pidió jugar futbol también, estaba tan estresado que luego de hacerlo me relajé mucho gracias a las risas y bromas que hacíamos, que estos momentos no acaben!!!
