Hello to all the friends of this community. As parents we are always concerned about our children's health. That's why today I am going to share a nutritious recipe for kids.
Oatmeal-yogurt
Age: Any age from 6+ months.
Materials:
Instant Oatmeal 3 Tbsp
★ Boiling hot water in quantity
★ Sour yogurt 1 tea spoon
Date sugar 1 teaspoon
Procedure:
★Strain the curds in a cheese cloth/ strainer/ thin cotton, clean cloth to remove excess water.
★In a serving bowl, mix instant oatmeal with boiling hot water/milk (not before 1+ years) and whisk very well.
Rest for 2-3 minutes. Oats will have a smooth texture.
★Now mix well the drained sour curd, date sugar with instant oatmeal.
★Can be served with fruits of choice according to age.
