──────•❥❥❥•──────

──────•❥❥❥•──────

- Harina de trigo 2 vasos
- media taza de sal
- 4 cucharadas de aceite comestible
- una taza de agua
- tempera unas gotas de diferentes colores
(Amarillo, azul, rojo, morado)

──────•❥❥❥•──────

Greetings my beautiful mothers from the community, I want to share this experience of doing a fun and educational activity for my son.

──────•❥❥❥•──────

My child loves educational games and due to his ADHD condition it is also great for him to have educational games and be distracted in an educational way, this way he gets away from the screens and relaxes, it helps him have fun, with the motor skills of his hands, to breathe and control themselves regarding their irritations, tantrums or stress.

──────•❥❥❥•──────

Then I started searching YouTube for what we could make and I got a recipe for homemade playdough, where we used the following materials:

──────•❥❥❥•──────

- Wheat flour 2 glasses
- half a cup of salt
- 4 tablespoons of edible oil
- a cup of water
- temper a few drops of different colors
(Yellow, blue, red, purple)

──────•❥❥❥•──────

First we poured the flour, then we added the salt, then the scattered oil and then the water and we mixed, we used a spoon, then a spoon until we hit it with our hands and it started to take the consistency I wanted, I still added wheat flour. if it was too watery.

──────•❥❥❥•──────

I wanted to sprinkle juice powder on it because it didn't have coloring but it didn't help because it didn't mark and then I used tempera drops and grabbed a little color because it wasn't that intense either.

──────•❥❥❥•──────

And well, it should be noted that the emotion that my child carried was and is immense, until now he still hasn't stopped playing with his playdough and it keeps him super calm.
