Saludos papás y mamás de esta hermosa comunidad @motherhood hoy quiero hablarles un poco de una persona que con mucho amor y dedicación cuidó de mi, y de mis tres hermanos y que a pesar de los años, el sigue pendiente de nosotros, mi papá.
Greetings moms and dads of this beautiful community @motherhood today I want to tell you a little about a person who with much love and dedication took care of me and my three brothers and despite the years, he is still looking out for us, my dad.
My dad was born into a poor family and from the age of 8 he had to work to help his parents with his younger siblings. He worked helping his father in house construction and that is how he learned the masonry trade.
He studied only until he reached the sixth grade of basic education and from there he could not continue because he had the obligation to work to help in the house, that trade helped him a lot, since he learned the masonry and by the same necessity at about 15 years old he worked in a cemetery opening holes and sealing the graves.
When he married my mother at the age of 21, he took the initiative to leave that job and try to look for a better future, there he got a job in the security part of a prestigious university in our country, so things improved a little and they were able to raise their four children, we had a happy childhood surrounded by love and we indulged ourselves from time to time.
Mi papá nació en una familia de escasos recursos y desde los 8 años tuvo que trabajar para ayudar a sus padres con sus hermanos más pequeños. Trabajaba ayudando a su papá en construcciones de casas y así aprendió el oficio de albañilería.
Estudió solo hasta llegar al sexto grado de educación básica y de allí no pudo continuar porque tenía la obligación de trabajar para ayudar en la casa, ese oficio le ayudo mucho, ya que aprendió la albañilería y por la misma necesidad más o menos a los 15 años trabajó en un cementerio abriendo huecos y sellando las fosas.
Cuando se casó con mi mamá a los 21 años, tomó la iniciativa de dejar ese empleo y tratar de buscar un mejor futuro, allí consiguió trabajo en la parte de seguridad de una prestigiosa Universidad de nuestro país, así, fueron mejorando un poco las cosas y pudieron criar a sus cuatro hijos, tuvimos una infancia feliz rodeada de amor y nos dábamos gustos de vez en cuando.
The years went by and the time came when the economic situation of the country was getting worse little by little and the money from his work was not enough for almost nothing and he was forced to have other masonry jobs to be able to support himself.
He has been retired from his job for 4 years now and he is still working even though he is 65 years old and it is hard for him, how many sacrifices he has made in his life, I am so happy to see his strength and to see how he went ahead in spite of the obstacles he had since he was a child, giving my brothers and me a very good example, in spite of everything he had to live, if you ask him he sees his life with the passing of the years very happy.
Así pasaron los años y llegó el tiempo en que la situación económica del país fue desmejorando poco a poco y ya el dinero de su trabajo no alcanzaba para casi nada y se vio en la obligación de tener otros trabajos de albañilería para poder mantenerse.
Ya lleva 4 años jubilado de su trabajo y aún sigue trabajando a pasar de que tiene 65 años y ya le cuesta un poco, cuantos sacrificios ha hecho en su vida, me alegra tanto ver su fortaleza y ver como siguió adelante a pesar de los obstáculos que tuvo desde niño, dandonos a mis hermanos y a mi un muy buen ejemplo, pese a todo lo que tuvo que vivir, si le preguntas a el ve su vida al paso de los años muy feliz.
