Hello to all my community, I hope you are feeling amazing, today I got to thinking about the great creativity that children can have and how as parents we can be part of their adventures.
Como ya les he comentado en otras publicaciones soy Periodista del Ministerio de Interior, Justicia y Paz, soy la maestra de mis hijos luego de la pandemia y escribo a diario para Hive Blog y entre las responsabilidades del día a día como mamá de tres y los oficios del hogar, ha sido un tanto difícil hacer actividades en familia y poder disfrutar tiempo de calidad.
As I have already mentioned in other publications, I am a Journalist for the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace, I am the teacher of my children after the pandemic and I write daily for Hive Blog and between the day to day responsibilities as a mother of three and the household chores, it has been somewhat difficult to do family activities and enjoy quality time.
Siempre estamos muy ocupados para salir aunado a la falta de dinero y a las variantes del Covid 19 que andan en la calle, yo como soy muy inventadora y viendo que no tenía dinero para sacarlos y estaban apagaditos les dije ¿Y si hacemos una pijamada? donde me sorprendí la emoción que generó en ellos esta idea, realmente yo de niña nunca fui a una pijamada así que improvise. Ahí mismo los niños pusieron manos a la obra.
We are always too busy to go out, coupled with the lack of money and the variants of Covid 19 that are on the street, I as I am very inventive and seeing that I had no money to take them out and they were off, I told them "What if we make a sleepover? where I was surprised by the excitement that this idea generated in them, really I never went to a sleepover as a child so I improvised. Right then and there the kids got down to work.
Les hice chocolate caliente ya que el clima estaba un poco frío para lo habitual, saque el colchón de la cama de mis hijos y me lo traje para la sala ya que allí teníamos más espacio y nos podíamos ayudar con los muebles, sacamos todas las sábanas que encontramos e inventamos.
I made hot chocolate for them since the weather was a little cold for the usual, I took the mattress out of my children's bed and brought it to the living room since we had more space there and we could help each other with the furniture, we took out all the sheets we could find and made them up.
Como siempre Diego estuvo acompañado de su mejor amiga Romina, ella es la vecinita de al lado de nuestro apartamento, ambos tienen la misma edad y ella siempre nos acompaña en nuestras aventuras como parte de la familia.
Diego y Romina se encargaron de organizar y armar una cama donde entráramos todos ayudándose con los cojines de los muebles, por cierto los peluches también estuvieron presentes.
As always Diego was accompanied by his best friend Romina, she is the next door neighbor of our apartment, both are the same age and she always accompanies us in our adventures as part of the family.
Diego and Romina were in charge of organizing and setting up a bed where we could all get in, helping each other with the cushions of the furniture, by the way the stuffed animals were also present.
Aprovechamos que la computadora la teníamos en la sala y pusimos música infantil y comenzamos a bailar, ya cansados comimos cotufa y nos acostamos a leer los libros de cuentos, pero después improvise e inventé yo misma las historias para poder incluir en un mismo cuento los personajes que todos querían.
We took advantage of the computer in the living room and played children's music and began to dance, we were tired and ate some cotufa and went to bed to read the story books, but then I improvised and made up the stories myself to include in the same story the characters that everyone wanted.
Nos acostamos tarde, el tiempo nos pasó volando, yo saque unos libros con fotos y dibujos muy coloridos que llamo mucho la atención de los niños aun cuando no saben leer.
We went to bed late, the time flew by, and I took out some books with colorful pictures and drawings that caught the children's attention even though they could not read.
Otro que no pudo faltar fue Danielito quien a pesar de tener ya 12 años siempre nos acompaña en nuestras aventuras como un niño más, su imaginación es enorme y es nuestro cuenta cuentos favorito. Siempre nos duerme a todos, el primero en caer del sueño fue Diego.
Another one that could not be missed was Danielito who, despite being 12 years old, always accompanies us in our adventures as one more child, his imagination is enormous and he is our favorite storyteller. He always puts us all to sleep, the first to fall asleep was Diego.
Hasta que ya pasadas las horas nos quedamos dormidos todos abrazados, yo era cómo mamá pollito con sus polluelos al lado jajajaja, y aproveche y saque al niño que todos llevamos por dentro y forme parte de su pijamada.
Until after a few hours we all fell asleep hugging, I was like a mommy chick with her chicks next to me, hahahaha, and I took advantage of it and brought out the child that we all carry inside and was part of their sleepover.
Te invito a que compartas con tus hijos en este tipo de actividades en tu misma casa, te divertirás muchísimo y crearas recuerdos a futuro con tus niños.
