At the beginning of autumn, when the summer had not even thought to retreat, and the daytime temperature exceeded even that of August, we rejoiced in the hope that autumn would still delight us with beautiful torrential rains, and therefore followed by a rich variety of autumn mushrooms. That's why they hesitated for a long time whether to take these, not very fresh Polypors ...
На початку осені, коли літо ще навіть і не думало відступати, і денна температура, перевищувала навіть показники серпня, ми тішили себе надією, що осінь ще порадуе нас гарними проливними дощами, а тому слід за ними і багатим зізномаїттям оссінніх грибів. Тому довго вагались чи брати ці, вже не дуже свіжи Поліпори...
But since there was no rain all summer, and mushrooms bought in the store, we are tired of eating (because they do not have the taste and aroma that are collected in nature), we decided to cut these beautiful mushrooms, hoping to collect some soft part of them.
Але так як дощів не було ціле літо, а гриби придбанні у магазині, їсти вже набридло (бо вони не мають того смаку та аромату, що зібрані на природі) ми всеж таки вирішили зрізати цих красенів, в надії, що якусь м' яку частину зібрати з них, нам всеж таки вдасться)
But how wrong we were) No, we still managed to collect something,
but with more than 5 kilograms of mushrooms, we managed to gather no more than half a kilo of soft body, which we later turned into minced meat, and made a small number of cutlets!)
Cutlets disappeared very quickly, but forest beetles, we caught for a long time, all over the house) ...
Але як же ми помилялися) Ні, щось таки зібрати нам вдалося,
але з біль ніж 5-х кілограмів грибів, нам вдалось назбирати не більше пів кіло м'якоті, яку згодом ми перетворили на фарш, та зробили невелику кількість котлет!)
Котлети зникли дуже швидко, а ось лісових жуків, ми ще довго ловили, по всій хаті)...
At first we didn't even notice them! And then it was too late...
Спочатку ми їх навіть не помітили! А згодом було вже заннадто пізно...
because after our walk, some time passed, and they were very fun scurrying on the floor ...
And believe me, there were a lot of them (this photo illustrates it very well!))
бо після нашої прогулянки, минув деякий час і вони дуже весело снували по підлозі...
І повірте мені, іх було дуже багато (це фото дуже гарно це ілюструє!))
But it doesn't matter, because my wife and I had a good time,
and today (when enough time has passed) we remember this walk, and these "fun mushrooms" with a smile)
