Amanita muscaria I dry in natural conditions. Therefore, it retains its natural color (and all the nutrients and nutrients).
Even when dry, fly agaric caps are photogenic. I like not only their color, but also the shape. I just see and feel that they are alive.

You made a very good point about dried flowers, they really have a lot in common with mushrooms.
