Honey agaric summer against the crisis (visual story of 15 photos)

Difficult times are coming. The global economic system is entering another deep crisis. Perhaps its depth will be such that the history of mankind has not yet known. However, we simply do not know our history. Most likely, everything has already happened and more than one civilization has perished. It is not a fact that we will collapse now, although this is not excluded. The degradation of the so-called elites is evident.

But I do not want to scare anyone, rather the opposite. Part of the overall crisis will be a food crisis. Already, prices are rising, products are becoming scarce, and we are unlikely to experience abundance in the coming years.

If you have your own greenhouse, it will be a little easier for you. But most people in the cities do not have their own land to grow vegetables. The good news is that the forest has not yet been cut down everywhere and mushrooms grow in the forest.

So from afar I went to the topic of mushrooms to show its importance in modern conditions. I'm not talking about mushrooms in supermarkets such as champignons, oyster mushrooms and other things. They are also grown and also fall under the crisis.

It is summer now and even in the northern latitudes you can find mushrooms for your diet. Leningrad is in the northwest of Russia. This year I started the mushroom season early, at the end of April. Now there are more mushrooms. They can be collected not only for the table, but also for harvesting for the future. Drying is the safest and most reliable harvesting method. But I'll tell you about the preparation some other time.

Today I will introduce you to the summer honey agaric. It is already growing normally and can be recruited.

Kuehnerómyces mutábilis. This is its Latin name. Mushroom is universal. You can do whatever you want with it. I love these mushrooms fried with onions and eggs. But here for an amateur.

This mushroom has the main difference from similar grebes - under the hat there is a skirt or its trace. You can see it in the second photo.

They grow where there is rotten wood. Especially love birch stumps. Feel free to go to the old clearings or to the old birch forest.

Around this stump I found a whole family of summer mushrooms. All the mushrooms in this post were found right here, around the former tree.

I put a macro ring on the lens. These mushrooms are small and fit into the frame.

That's all for now.

Take care of yourself and loved ones.
See you soon.

I totally agreee about supplementing your diet with mushrooms and wild food in these times. Today I found clitocybe nuda - see my post! I was so excited and we feasted for lunch! I've been looking for this honey fungus for a while.

Wild food is more useful for a person at any time, regardless of the crisis. And now especially)
