I understood where the mistake appeared in my words :) "LUDI- Люди" is a Russian word, because of my typing error Google translator entered it instead of the word "people".
There used to be elderly women in the villages (mainly in the villages), who were called witches, sorceresses. The Church opposed their activities and made them look bad, but some of these women were naturally gifted. They knew herbs, the forces of nature, and could heal with words. If you find such a person and come to a meeting with him, then try to feel this person. Listen to yourself for empathy, trust, contact. I don't know the correct word in English, but you should feel like you are on the same page.
