Hello everyone here in Fungi Lovers community.
As today is fungifriday , I would like to share with you photos of mushrooms that I have been eating for years, till one day they made me really, really ill.
Mushrooms I am talking about are Macrolepiota procera , known as Parasol Mushrooms.
Every year in September and early October , when the weather was right, they were growing in the same place.
I always waited for them to grow fully. Than picked them up and fried the same way as schnitzel. They were always very delicious .
Till in early September two years ago, around an hour after my mushroom dinner, I started vomiting and shortly after that I had really bad diarrhea! I couldn't stop it for over 6 hours, so I end up in emergency room in hospital.
The same mushrooms are growing in exactly the same place, but now I only photograph them.
I still don't know why they made me so ill, but I noticed some differences between them, so maybe that year not Parasol Mushrooms grow in that place ?
I have numbered photos of what I think are Parasol Mushrooms with "I" and with "II " , what I think are mushrooms that made me ill two years ago.
If someone can help me with identification of this mushrooms, I will be very grateful.
I wish you all happy fungifriday and fantastic weekend!
I actually never pick those. Though I know they are delicious :)

Looks like a shaggy parasol Chlorophyllum rhacodes.
Thanks @sketchandjam , after taking photos and comparing them I did suspect that this would be shaggy Parasol. I knew that I can count on your knowledge of mushrooms.
The next step is spore printing for a true id. There might be even another strange species of parasol out there like that.
These mushrooms are at least three species and only one is edible. You can find pictures on the Wiki and compare them.
Thanks @bucipuci, I didn't know that. I always thought that they are the same. I will check it out.
Not at all! :-)
The nature it’s so beautiful!
