After almost a month with very hot and dry weather, we had couple of rainy days. So there is a hope, that we will soon see some mushrooms growing in our area.

Usually at this time of year it is quite a lot of them popping up around.

Today I would like to share with you all, photos of really tiny shrooms, that I noticed yesterday. They are growing in the small gap in the concrete pavement in the shade of trees.

Unfortunately I don't know name of this mushrooms. So I will really appreciate, if someone more knowledgeable on the subject will share their wisdom.

So far this are the only shrooms I could find. I have checked all the places where I found mushrooms in the past years.

Sort:

those are Fairy Bonnet mushrooms (in Latin: Coprinellus disseminatus). very nice find, those are really small, and really army! I especially enjoyed the true-scaled captures, where you see they grow in rows... ibn the pavement cracks!

oh, and Happy Fungi Friday to you!!

Thanks @qwerrie for the name for this shrooms. I am really glad that you enjoyed my mushrooms photos.

Wow what an army of pleated ink caps :-)

Thank you very much @sketch.and.jam for providing the name of this mushrooms. Have a great Fungi Friday.

A microscope is essential to separate the various Parasola species with certainty; even then it is no task for a beginner.

thanks for providing the iD and the link. I liked very much how they put it. well said!
