Fungi Friday - The Beautiful Asia Tropical Mushroom

in Fungi Lovers3 years ago

Hola everyone! Nice to see you guys again on Fungi Lovers community ^_^

By the way, a week ago, I saw a post by @ewkaw which said that there were no mushrooms grow up in his area at least since 5 months ago since February.

Hmm, I've never been to Europe, so I just found out that there are areas that don't grow mushrooms in certain seasons.
I just hope that all of that passes soon and we can see the beautiful mushrooms again from his land. ^_^ yay!

Okay, now let me tell you about my land.
One of the advantages of living in a tropical area like Borneo Island is that we have a lot of rainforest. Rainfall in this area is more than other areas, therefore there are so many beautiful mushrooms growing around us every day. how awesome was that. ^_^

And special for the #FungiFriday challenge, I'm gonna show you guys some of mushrooms that I got today, yeay!

Let's check out thefirst one, local people known this mushroom as Kecikap. And if we look at it's characteristics, this mushroom is included in the type of Lactarius gerardii, grows on woody stems, is bright orange in color and has sap. Super beautiful ^_^

Next one is Kulat Godah, I I identified it as Trametes Versicolor because of it's characteristics.

This type of mushroom usually has a dark brown color, but it seems that the age of the mushroom that I found is still quite young, so the color is still a little faded.

And the last one are Kulat Nyangkak. They grow in groups on logs or around tree roots.
Different from other types of mushrooms, this fungus can live quite a long time, it can even reach 3 weeks to a month.

And these are bonus for you guys, I'm sorry I didn't identify it because I only had time to take a few pictures. My Handphone ran out of battery, then I left the forest to go back home ^_^

lovely and juicy mushrooms from Aceh, in any season there is something to take pictures of.

we wish a successfull grow of your blog on Hive.

Hi there, thank you so much for your positive respon ^^ those are mushrooms from Borneo Island by the way, it's not in Aceh... I was lived here more than a year... but yes, Aceh is my beloved hometown ^^ heheh
And here, there are mushrooms here all year round...

ah! oh! sorry, I am terribly sorry for doing such a silly mistake. ofc Borneo is not Aceh, tho they are located in the same area (especially when looking at both from the far north of Europe). and I consider... the nature might be apparently the same, i.e. the fungi of Aceh and Borneo arent dramatically different.. am I right?..

it's okay my friend ^^ Aceh and Borneo are different Island and different Province, but still in the same Country. The distance between both areas is about 1,726 kilometers. But yes, they still have similar nature and forest characteristics ^^

That leumak bit kulat nyan...hehe! Grooonnn brader..

Heheh, leumak mabôk bang ^_^ teurimöng geunaseh ka neupiyôh keunoe bang... respect✌🏻
