Let's talk about mushrooms, as usual on Friday. Maybe I didn't quite understand the terms of the challenge: CAMPFIRE CONVERSATION: Season 4 - [Fungi Lovers Challenge] initiated by @bambuka, but still !
I'm going to show you mushrooms that I didn't hunt, I found them by accident. I don't even know the names of some of them, I can only guess... This was our hiking trail to the Chaaladi Glacier in Upper Svaneti in Georgia. (This is somewhere up to a height of 1750 meters maybe higher.) There was no way I was expecting to see mushrooms along the way.
Although the trail lay through a relict mountain forest, it was obvious that mushrooms should be here.
From the forest thicket, the path leads us to the Chalaadi Gorge.
Here, they even sell them along the way by the roads.
And of course the dish of mushrooms
This is a very simple recipe - mushrooms on keci. Mushrooms, suluguni cheese, butter and clay keci pans.
I make this mushroom dish sometimes. Very tasty!
- Champignons or other mushrooms
- 50g butter,
- 30g of Georgian suluguni cheese (can be replaced with mozzarella)
Put the mushroom caps in the clay plates. Add butter to each mushroom cap.Put the remaining butter in the plate, on the side of the mushrooms. Add grated cheese on top. Bake on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes (depends on your oven).
Serve hot in a keci (earthenware dish), sprinkle mushrooms on top with black pepper.

если есть что показать-рассказать (даже у плохого грибника есть!) то отдельного поста не требуется - просто в пост конкурса картинку добавляете, сопровождаете ее коротенькой историей... ну и чтобы все молча дурак дураком не сидели, подходим и общаемся с другими грибниками. щупаем, выслушиваем, верим или не верим "чужому рыбацкому щастью" :-)
