Here are some dried out splitgill.

Here's what the tops look like.

Here is some tremella lunchbox I'm not sure of its actual name. They call it tremella lunchbox because slime mold likes to grow off of it.

Here is a pitiful looking dryad's saddle. Poor thing dried out before it was able to grow to full size.

Here are some strange looking polypores, it is a bit rare to see polypores with a stem.

Here is a soft hexagonal polypore. These are edible at this size but they are so bland that they are only worth pickling.

Here is some wood ear. This stuff likes to grow in spring and fall in humid areas.

Now for the unidentified weird little infesting mushrooms. They always swarm really dead wood.

What in the world is this abomination? It grows kind of like a polypore but it has gills... also it is really mangled looking lol.

Happy #mushroommonday

cool colony! :D

They taste good to if you are referring to the splitgill.

polypores with a stem are my fave here. look cool and strange, indeed -- hairy?!

dryad saddlt are cool too. I could recognize them by your photo - mostly for the tiny sprout at the right of the photo.

both two split gill photos are nice, too. this shroom looks so photo-friendly! I really cant wait when I see this well-spread and circulated fella. have a !BEER, my friend!

I wouldn't doubt if their common name has hairy in it somehow lol. Maybe they are too rare to have a common name yet...

common names are always 'speak for themselves' lol

I dub them funnel fuzz satellites.

Beautiful colorful diversity. I like this collection very much.

Soon all that will be left are turkeytails and shelf fungi.

Nice collection of mushrooms. Last photo is interesting :)

It has some strange purple edges, who knows what kind of shrooms they are.

Nice one you always seem to find the most strangers mushrooms 👍

Something new out in the wild everytime I go searching.
