Felt like I was with you on the journey. Never found a Sparassis crispa. Very exciting. I like how you pay close attention to details and didn't pick it. The Amanita muscaria totally caught my attention. Very nice specimen.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a Sparassis crispa. I am only guessing by comparing the photo with the samples on the Internet. But it may well be :)
