My first post in the mushroom lovers community, I am very happy to be able to share photos about mushrooms in this community, because mushrooms are one of the plants that are easy to find, especially in villages like where I live, I see mushrooms growing every day in the forest where I often visit. visit.

For example, like this turmeric sap mushroom, I found this mushroom growing on coconut husk filter that has been submerged in a puddle in the forest for a long time, this mushroom looks very fresh with its texture like translucent dew, this mushroom really likes puddles like sewers and in logs that float in marshes.

This mushroom is very chewy and not hard at all, my sister really likes this mushroom because the color is very beautiful and the texture is like jelly.

These are supposed to be good in a Buddha salad. Except instead of wood ear you use these jelly mushrooms. https://thewoksoflife.com/wood-ear-mushroom-salad/

especially I thank you for the advice, I don't know the real name of this mushroom, that's why I use the name we often call or the name in our area

the exact latin name is Dacryopinax spathularia
