If you are a person of a habit then it will be easy to form one, otherwise, just make a list of easy-to-follow things you can do fast and accurate, simply do it each day at a predicted time or time frame, and soon you will have a lot of easy and quick useful habits. If you have some bad one then estimate what causes it - you, time of a day, other people, or ambient in general.

Thanks for the comment @aschatria. You are right, among the best way to pick up or be consistent with a habit is to start easy and then gradually grow stronger in it.
