no secret at all - it is just work. The type of work is going to be dependent on the person, but from the content creator viewpoint, it really is about consistency in engagement, content creation and emotional reaction
In the past I did not take blogging seriously enough. Now I think that I no longer have problem making content with consistency. Now I just need to do better job interacting with people...I wonder how well I would do on hive if I was an extrovert. I would probably thrive if that was the case. But then I guess I would no longer be myself...
I don't think it is about extrovert or introvert, it is about motivation. This is a digital world, which means that you can be who you choose to be - fake being an extrovert if you think it will help - just keep your authentic voice.
Just so you know, I am not considered an extrovert.
