8 Epic Strategies to Sleep Like a True Warrior

Sleep Like a True Warrior - 8 Strategies That Always Work.jpg

If you’ve been struggling with a chronic lack of good sleep, then this article is for you.

Nothing is more debilitating than not sleeping well.

Even for just one night - much less so for weeks or months.

Or longer.

For years, I struggled with poor sleep.

Even so, I never gave up looking for solutions.

Through willpower and determination, I discovered and tested effective strategies to sleep well again.

I’ve also shared many of these strategies with friends and family, who have given me positive feedback.

And now I want to share them with you.

As a servant to the truth and a true freedom fighter, I absolutely must sleep well, if I am to be effective in my mission.

That’s why I’ve worked so hard to experience the best sleep ever.

These strategies represent literally decades of research on my part.

I personally vouch for their effectiveness, so long as you actually implement them correctly.

And here they are:

  1. Promote and encourage healing of both the body and the mind.
  2. Switch to a whole-food anti-inflammatory diet.
  3. Take high-quality magnesium supplements.
  4. Reduce or eliminate tobacco, marijuana, and other substances.
  5. Learn how to give yourself acupressure treatments.
  6. Sleep in a completely dark environment.
  7. Do gentle stretches before going to bed.
  8. Take an active interest in dreaming and dream recall.

And now, in more detail:

#1 - Promote & Encourage Healing

We all have traumas and injuries, both physical and psychological.

This is part of being alive - and we should always be seeking to heal them to the best of our ability.

Our bodies have amazing self-healing capabilities.

However, if you’re not properly addressing the underlying root causal factors of any trauma or injury, then this will keep working against you.

In these cases, your ego will start feeding you bullshit and lead you on a wild goose chase to nowhere.

I speak from personal experience here.

I have some pretty crazy stories that I’ll share soon about this.

What has worked best for me is embracing occult traditions like real shadow work.

Unlike the watered-down version that is mostly taught today, real shadow work is always difficult, especially in the beginning.

My recommendation: prioritize the study of occult knowledge and natural law.

Focus on doing the tough shadow work.

Don’t hesitate to ask for help from people with more experience.

#2 - Switch to an Anti-inflammatory Diet

Pain and inflammation will keep you up at night.

They did for me.

In some cases for years!

It turns out that certain foods induce more inflammation in the body.

These foods include red meat, refined sugar, processed foods, many types of cooking oil, egg yolk, dairy products, and refined grains.

Avoid these as much as possible, and aim to eat whole foods, especially fruits and vegetables, either raw or lightly cooked, with only healthy oils and minimal salt.

Doing this will likely help your healing occur exponentially faster, as it did for me.

Since nutrition and sleep are big topics, be sure to do your own research to support your actions.

#3 - Magnesium Helps You Relax

Magnesium, an essential mineral required for many body functions, also helps the muscles in the body to relax more effectively.

Since tension can keep us awake, this relaxation effect helps you fall asleep faster.

I recommend selecting a high-quality supplement and starting with a very low dose.

I’ve also found taking a capsule 2 hours before bedtime works the best for me.

#4 - Ease Up On The Substances

We all have vices and indulgences - and that’s ok.

But if you’re struggling with poor sleep, you may want to cut way back on smoking or the use of marijuana and other substances.

If you’re struggling to do even that, then there are deeper issues at play.

In that case, go back to #1 again and look deeper.

#5 - Self Induced Acupressure

Particularly effective to heal injuries or chronic pain, acupressure helps energy flow to the affected areas.

I’m not an expert, and I’ve just compiled trigger points by doing my own research.

The results have really been astounding for me.

I consider this one part of an integrated and holistic healing practice.

#6 - Keep It Dark

Sunlight too early in the morning can cut your sleep short, even when you require more.

It’s best to sleep in a completely dark room.

If that’s not possible, consider covering your eyes with a cloth or sleep mask.

This is particularly helpful when you sleep during daylight hours.

#7 - Stretch it out

Stretching does wonders to relax the body.

You’ll likely be surprised at how tense you were before stretching.

Even a short and simple routine can help a lot, as I discovered.

I often do simple stretches while lying in bed, just to further relax.

Give it a try.

#8 - Take an Interest In Your Dreams

By being actively interested in remembering or even participating in your dreams, you’ll look forward to sleeping.

This will also motivate you to take more action on all of these strategies.

It may also help with healing specifically since dreams often convey important lessons through symbols and allegory.

You may also enjoy exploring the world of lucid dreaming, as I do.

Bonus Strategy #1 - Turn off Your Phone!

I forgot to include this in the original list, but it is a very powerful one, so here it is:

I have found that by turning off my mobile phone about an hour before bedtime, and keeping it off all night, then I am able to sleep much better.

More specifically, I wake up much less in the middle of the night, and can sustain longer and deeper sleep.

I think we can agree that as a general principle, mobile phones emit a lot of radiation.

Certainly, having this device turned off at night promotes better sleep.

You’ll get better results when you implement most or all of these strategies in the order they were presented.

I would love to hear from you once you’ve begun to do so.

I desire for you the best sleep ever!
