I thought you wasn't supposed to eat before you do exercise? I like peanut butter but I find it very clingy in my stomach, I can imagine it wouldn't be too comfortable during exercise. Honey sounds much better.

It sure do! Exercise improve my body condition, and my cardiovascular condition. My balance issues are far reduced by the weight workout, and the most important thing about it: "It clears my mind..." 😅
