I stopped looking at the payments for the written stuff long time ago. Sometimes I spend hours writing something that I consider very interesting, and few people notice, and sometimes I just write some idea fast, before going to work, and everyone is like wow.
Anyway the payments in Hive are coming from the delegated tokens and from Splinterlands, so yeah, writing in here is a real hobby, and should not be measured in the same way as a job.
I have often pondered - does this annoy me? :D It kind of does, but at the same time, often quick thoughts are based on more "feeling things" that might be easier to connect with.
Some seem to see and treat it as a salary.
