You might be worried that your friends, or people in your community, school, or workplace, aren't as motivated by success as they need to be. You might even be in charge of such a team. Since hunger breeds hunger, the best place to start is with yourself. How voraciously do you desire the group's success, as the leader? How committed are you to winning and succeeding?
It's easy to feel and spread passion. Sooner or later, individuals close to you will catch a taste of your hunger or passion. Have you ever noticed how people around you may begin to yawn as well as someone around them yawn? Others who are present and may not have eaten likewise become instantly aware of hunger when someone says, "I'm hungry."
Those around you would develop the same passion for success quickly if you have a voracious thirst for it. Therefore, start feeling that hunger for yourself. Set a good example for those you are in charge of by doing the same. Set an example. For instance, be a success in your area rather than just encouraging others to be successful.
To ensure their success, you should go all-out and be present each day to motivate, inspire, and support them. They'll light on fire sooner or later.
