There's a huge difference between these two words with different meanings, shall we look into it? Yes!.
- Quality focuses on how much something is i.e the amount while quality focuses on how good, important and valuable something can be.
- Quantity is often measurable i.e been numbered while Quality is most time subjective to thinking base I.e your opinion.
- Quantity is always focused on abundance while Quantity is emphasizes excellent i.e how good and perfect it can be.
- Quantity can be about accumulation while Quality can be about impact or standard.
You see all these characteristics above were all good but it has areas of use, they both are meant for different reasons but can also be used to achieve one purpose. And sometimes it's not always about quantity, something can be more but lack quality. People preferred quality over quantity most of the time. Yes, sometimes in the past I have engage in choosing quantity over quality, how do I mean? When i was officially broke, lol you were surprised with the statement, don't mind me what I am saying is when it's difficult to meet up my needs, not that I am wealthy now but to God be the glory I am a work in progress in the hand of God.
So let's continue, whenever I wanted to buy things then either clothes, shoes or palm sleepers once I see the good ones I wanted the price is always chasing me away not that I can't buy it but my reasoning back then is like why should I buy just one with this huge amount when I can use it to buy two different one of less quality and I will have something to change into instead of wearing on particular thing all the time.
That was my mentality then not that I don't want a quality thing but I don't see myself there back then i.e as someone who has reach the stage to buy quality stuff because of my financial status
Someone is asking what about now, still not there yet but will be soon, present I buy both quality and quantity base on the availability of funds. Don't do pass your level.
Am not here to tell you stories about myself but to let you know that you should always choose quality over quantity in whatever you're doing yes the space for quantity is not left out also because when you're not there you're not there. But with that small quantity you can bring out quality, what am I talking about, don't say you have small, maximize that little and make out quality out of it.
Scripture says "if you have faith as little as that of mustard seed you can move mountains" that means it's not how big it is but how effective. Also that fairly used cloth you bought iron and dress well make it look quality on you, don't look like your problem when dressed and always offer the best it will pay off one day.
