I've been waiting for this post from you for a very long time! I came to some conclusions on my own, but some things were still not clear to me. Now everything is clear and crystal clear! I don't know who asked you about writing your posts, but a special thanks to him! Thanks for sharing. Your posts really carry your experience, I guess that's what I felt from the beginning 1.5 years ago. I'll save it for myself to reread and show to those who need it in the future!

Glad it helps in some way. I could write about these things for days and months and years - it is such an interesting process and uncovers so much of the world.

I get the sense that if everyone took up writing daily, they would soon discover a lot of opportunity for improvement in their lives.

It's true! But writing exactly as you described. Thinking and talking to yourself, not thinking about rewards or how to please others...

Perhaps it is just me, but I like more conversational styles, otherwise it reminds of being in school - and I wasn't a good student :)
