I would read and read things just to produce something of almost the same value and while the rewards would come, I'd feel shitty about it.
Quality of content matters, but only when it is balanced with personality of content. No one comes to Hive to read text books.
There is nothing wrong with editing - it is a good practice, especially if building a style. Do everything with intention :)
I always knew I loved to write since the moment I was able to read, I just did not understand the length of this passion until Hive found me.
I hope many more find this here. It is such a valuable pursuit.
