Hola a toda la comunidad de Hive, el día de hoy quisiera hacer un pequeño análisis de las 1 de las obras que hasta ahora nos ha dejado Jordan Peele. En este post quisiera destacar todo lo que me gusta de la película "Huye", y en otros dos comentaré sobre "Nosotros" y "Nope" dejando al final mi Top 3 de estas joyas. Si ya has podido ver huye, nosotros o Nope, sabrás muy bien que tienen un algo que las hace diferente al resto de películas de este estilo, plantean un tema diferente, y lo hacen bien, aunque esto podría entrar en debate dependiendo de las personas, pero aunque no te guste el género estás películas te atrapan, porque dentro del universo ficticio de cada una de ellas, a pesar de que suene demasiado irreal lo que sucede, lo plantean tan bien que la verdad no piensas mucho en ello, y al final de ellas te cuestionas, ¿Qué pasaría si esto fuese real?, Y ciertamente es un buen tema para cuando estás con amigos, sin duda son películas que se han ganado un puesto entre las más entretenidas de mi top, no las favoritas, pero sí las que más me entretienen. Así que sin más comentaré un poco de cada una y mis escenas favoritas para finalmente colocarlas en un top 3.
Hello to the entire Hive community, today I would like to do a little analysis of one of the works that Jordan Peele has left us so far. In this post I would like to highlight everything I like about the movie "Get out", and in another two I will comment on "Nosotros" and "Nope" leaving my Top 3 of these jewels at the end. If you have already seen Get out, us or Nope, you will know very well that they have something that makes them different from other films of this style, they raise a different theme, and they do it well, although this could be debated depending on the person. , but even if you don't like the genre, these films trap you, because within the fictional universe of each one of them, despite the fact that what happens sounds too unreal, they present it so well that you really don't think much about it, and at the same time At the end of them you ask yourself, what would happen if this were real? And it is certainly a good theme for when you are with friends, without a doubt they are films that have earned a place among the most entertaining of my top, not my favorites, but Yes, the ones that entertain me the most. So without further ado I will comment a little on each one and my favorite scenes to finally place them in a top 3.

Dejando dicho primeramente que tiene un puesto especial en mi corazón, puede que sea por la nostalgia de que fué la primera, o la que tal vez me impactó un poco más de todas. Solo imagina estar en la piel de nuestro personaje principal Chris, no es algo que querramos en realidad, el soundtrack que acompaña a toda la película es exquisito, le da un toque más tétrico al asunto y te da cierta incomodidad, sabes que algo no está bien, pero realmente no sabes qué es (obvio esto cuando miras la película por primera vez). La cantidad de curiosidades que tiene esta película es impresionante, te invito a que les eches un ojo porque te dan una visión distinta, y cuando vuelves a verla notarás detalles que pasaste desapercibido.
Casi el 90% de la película se realiza en la casa de los Armitage, lo que supone que Chris en todo momento está encerrado, no tiene escapatoria ya que es una casa bastante retirada, así que desde el principio y por voluntad propia este entra a la boca del lobo sin darse cuenta, y es lo que nos pone en la piel del personaje, imagina que te pase a tí, tal y como piensas no está mal visitar la casa de tus suegros, pero vaya sorpresa se llevó, ya que nadie lo llevó allí, el juego mental de Rose, y la increíble interpretación de Allison Williams es brutal.
Otro personaje que amé es el de Rod Williams, y a pesar de que fué usado como un recurso de comedia para aliviar la tensión que hay, ya que sino la película se torna un poco estresante, creo que fué un acierto, ya que sus escenas sí me causaron gracia.
Leaving firstly that it has a special place in my heart, it may be because of the nostalgia that it was the first, or perhaps the one that struck me a little more of all. Just imagine being in the shoes of our main character Chris, it's not something we really want, the soundtrack that accompanies the whole movie is exquisite, it gives a more gloomy touch to the matter and makes you feel a little uncomfortable, you know something is not there ok, but you don't really know what it is (obvious this when you watch the movie for the first time). The amount of curiosities that this film has is impressive, I invite you to take a look at them because they give you a different vision, and when you see it again you will notice details that you went unnoticed. Almost 90% of the film is made in the Armitage house, which means that Chris is locked up at all times, he has no escape since it is a quite remote house, so from the beginning and of his own free will he enters the lion's den without realizing it, and it's what puts us in the skin of the character, imagine what happens to you, as you think it's not bad to visit your in-laws' house, but what a surprise he got, since nobody got it there, Rose's mind game, and Allison Williams' incredible performance is brutal. Another character that I loved is Rod Williams, and even though he was used as a comedy resource to alleviate the tension that exists, since otherwise the movie becomes a bit stressful, I think it was a success, since his scenes did they amused me.

En cuanto al final alterno, ya que si no lo sabían existe un final alternativo que incluso llegó a grabarse y el vídeo puedes encontrarlo por internet, dónde Chris es arrestado, y Rod nunca llega. Siendo francos hubiera preferido este final en vez de uno felíz, hubiera dado un poco más de intriga, y tal vez un espacio para una segunda entrega, pero esto es personal. As for the alternate ending, because if you didn't know, there is an alternate ending that was even recorded and you can find the video on the internet, where Chris is arrested, and Rod never arrives. To be honest, I would have preferred this ending instead of a happy one, it would have given a little more intrigue, and perhaps a space for a second installment, but this is personal. Parte Favorita.

Mi parte favorita es la escena donde Chris quiere hacerle preguntas a "Logan", y al intentar sacar una foto y con su flash lo saca del trance, el cambio de personalidad y como se comporta luego de esto te eriza la piel, te das cuenta de que lo que está sucediendo va más allá de lo que pensabas.
My favorite part is the scene where Chris wants to ask "Logan" questions, and when he tries to take a photo and with his flash he takes him out of the trance, the change in personality and how he behaves after this makes your skin crawl, you realize that what is happening goes beyond what you thought.
Plot twist.

El plot twist del final no me lo esperaba, y a pesar de que resultaba evidente de que si la familia entera estaba metida en el extraño negocio de la venta de gente negra, era ilógico que nuestra querida y odiada Rose no estuviese involucrada, pero admito que no me lo esperé.
Mientras que ves la película piensas que lo tienes todo bajo control, que finalmente has descubierto el secreto y que realmente no te engañó en ningún momento, pero es que resulta imposible, ya que cuando se descubre todo, te das cuenta lo poco que sabías, y que las teorías que en tu cabeza sonaban lógico, ahora no tienen ningún sentido, lo peor es que en toda la película muestran mucha evidencia de lo que pasa, pero de primera instancia todos se ven como si les faltara un tornillo.
I didn't expect the plot twist at the end, and despite the fact that it was evident that if the entire family was involved in the strange business of selling black people, it was illogical that our dear and hated Rose was not involved, but I admit that I didn't expect it. While you watch the movie you think that you have everything under control, that you have finally discovered the secret and that it really did not deceive you at any time, but it is impossible, since when everything is discovered, you realize how little you knew, and that the theories that sounded logical in your head now don't make any sense, the worst thing is that throughout the film they show a lot of evidence of what is happening, but at first glance they all look as if they were missing a screw.

Como ya comenté antes, para mí el final alternativo hubiese resultado mejor, tal vez si nos hubieran mostrado un poco más de variedad en cuánto a escenarios, aunque creo lógico que casi todo se haya grabado en la casa de los Armitage para dar ese toque de ansiedad en el espectador, quiero pensar que es por esto y no por falta de presupuesto. Bradley Whitford interpreta bien el papel del padre de Rose, sin embargo me hubiese gustado ver a alguien más experimentado que le diera un toque más oscuro al personaje, ya que tenía potencial pero no me llegó a sorprender del todo, su parte amistosa es increíble pero el diálogo con Chris en la fogata siento que pudo haber sido mas aprovechado a nivel de actuación.
Finalmente si llegaste hasta acá recuerda que estaré realizando la 2da y 3era parte de esta Review, así que espero te haya gustado este post, y pueda haberte entretenido, ¡muchas gracias!
As I mentioned before, for me the alternative ending would have been better, perhaps if they had shown us a little more variety in terms of settings, although I think it's logical that almost everything was recorded at the Armitage house to give that touch of anxiety in the viewer, I want to think that it is because of this and not due to lack of budget. Bradley Whitford plays the role of Rose's father well, however I would have liked to see someone more experienced to give the character a darker touch, since he had potential but he didn't surprise me at all, his friendly part is incredible but I feel that the dialogue with Chris at the campfire could have been more used at the acting level. This movie is amazing, when I saw it I thought it was great, a situation that usually happens in the mind or fears of an African American with the family of his white girlfriend, I think this director managed to express this fear in a very real way, excellent post.
Concuerdo contigo, y más aún cuando al principio el padre de Rose menciona lo incómodo y cliché que se ve todo, una familia blanca con empleados negros, ya desde el inicio la incomodidad está presente en esta película, ¡gracias por tu comentario!
De esta trilogía irregular precisamente Get out es mi favorita, me parece una historia estupenda en todo sentido, aparte, fue la que le dió a Jordan Peele un lugar en Hollywood como un director de calidad, siempre la recomendaré (especialmente si no saben cuál exactamente será la trama)
Tienes razón, de hecho Jordan Peele estaba más enfocado a la parte de comedia, luego de esta película definitivamente ganó el respeto de muchos, ¡gracias por tu comentario!

La verdad que está película no me canso de verla. El actor es excelente de verdad y la trama al final tiene tremendo plot twist. No sabía que buscaban hasta que vi el final y fue perturbador.

De las 3 películas esta es la que he visto más sin duda, incluso la tengo descargada en mi teléfono, son de esas películas que puedes ver mil veces y no cansarte Jajaj

Me encantó esta película, honestamente, no sabía lo del final alterno, yo prefiero el que salió con la película, que se haga un poco de justicia con esos desgraciados, no importa si no hay parte dos.
Deberías advertir que hay spoilers porque cuentas partes muy importantes de la película, en caso de que alguien te lea y la quiera ver.
