La puesta en escena en general es básica, genérica, no está mal, pero tampoco hay mucho que destacar. Lo único que viene a mi mente es el ritmo, ya que, una vez en España la película toma un ritmo excelente que mantiene al espectador entretenido. La historia no se complica es simple, previsible y hasta tonta, pero esto lejos de hace la película aburrida, le da frescura y logra una atmosfera muy relajada. Ya que la película está consciente de lo que es y no pretende ser más de lo que es, no se toma muy en serio a sí misma. El alma de esta película son Cage y Pascal, es lo que me atrapó dentro de la película. De hecho, siento que la película comienza algo insípida, pero desde el segundo en que aparece Pedro Pascal todo cambia drásticamente.

La química entre Nick y Javi es muy divertida, no hace falta que digan chiste, el chiste está en como se hablan, como se miran, toda la interacción, dos adultos que se vuelven niños cuando están juntos, esa inmadurez divertida, no profundizo más para evitar Spoilers. Si conoces la carrera de Nicolas Cage se incrementa la diversión, es un homenaje a toda su carrera y a su forma atípica de actuar con constantes referencias a sus películas y actuaciones. Por eso me agrado mucho y la recomiendo para verla con amigos y pasar un buen momento. En mi humilde opinión la califico con un 7/10, ya que la película logra contar lo que desea, de la forma que quiere haciendo que todo funcione de forma muy orgánica y para nada forzada, aun con una trama que parece sencilla logra conseguir ese toque de intriga que despierta el interés del espectador.
