Nicole es una joven que tiene problemas para generar vínculos con las personas con las que sale, ya que le cuesta abrirse sentimentalmente, y todas sus relaciones son temporales. Max es un hombre que sufre de ansiedad social y pospandemia del Covid su estado empeoró, ahora no puede tener contacto con otras personas, ni salir de su casa sin sufrir un ataque de ansiedad y está por perder su empleo. Ellos dos terminan cruzando sus caminos porque sus perros se gustaron, pero tras una primera cita desastrosa deciden que no se volverán a ver jamás. Esto cambió cuando Max se da cuenta que su perra está preñada del perro de Nicole, así que la vuelve a contactar para avisarle que será abuela y que sería bueno que su perro sea un padre perruno presente. Este será el comienzo de una aventura que los puede terminar de alejar o todo lo contrario.
Nicole is a young woman who has problems generating bonds with the people she goes out with, since it is difficult for her to open up emotionally, and all her relationships are temporary. The two of them end up crossing paths because their dogs liked each other, but after a disastrous first date they decide they will never see each other again. This changed when Max realizes that his dog is pregnant with Nicole's dog, so he contacts her again to let her know that she's going to be a grandmother and that it would be nice if her dog was a doggy daddy present. This will be the beginning of an adventure that may end up driving them apart or the opposite.

Hacía mucho que tenía ganas de ver esta película porque ustedes saben que donde hay perritos ahí estoy y está no sería la excepción. Quedé encantada con todo lo que vi, además, debo destacar que es muy divertida, en varios momentos me encontré largando carcajadas. Creo que tuvo el equilibrio justo entre comedia y romance, también me agrado que no fuera todo apresurado.
I had been wanting to see this movie for a long time because you know that where there are puppies there I am, and this would be no exception. I was delighted with everything I saw, and I must also point out that it is very funny, at several points I found myself laughing out loud. I think it had the right balance between comedy and romance, I also liked that it wasn't all rushed.
Me gustó la química entre los actores principales, Lucy Hale es una actriz que me encanta para películas de este estilo y quedó muy bien con su coprotagonista. También sumo puntos extras que él fuera todo un friki, pero súper ordenado y pulcro y ella todo lo contrario, es el caos personalizado, y que ambos hayan encontrado en el otro lo que necesitaban. Ella un poco de orden y estabilidad y él un poco de caos y diversión.
I liked the chemistry between the main actors, Lucy Hale is an actress I love for movies of this style and she looked great with her co-star. It also added bonus points that he was all geeky, but super neat and tidy and she was the opposite, she is personalized chaos, and that they both found in each other what they needed. Los perritos son unos divinos, Chloé tiene una expresión muy tierna y graciosa y Channing es todo un galán. Pude ver cierta referencia a La dama y el vagabundo, de hecho, la raza de la perra era la misma y el otro todo un callejero, lo amo jajaja. Me parece que es propicio destacar que esta película también nos habla de cómo una mascota nos puede cambiar la vida y ayudar en nuestros problemas cotidianos, son grandes compañeros.
The doggies are divine, Chloé has a very tender and funny expression and Channing is such a sweetheart. I could see some reference to Lady and the Tramp, in fact, the breed of the dog was the same and the other one was a stray, I love him hahaha. I think it is appropriate to point out that this movie also talks about how a pet can change our lives and help us in our daily problems, they are great companions.
Me pareció una historia muy disfrutable, es entretenida y una buena opción para ver algo simple que te saque un par de risas y también tenga una linda historia de amor. Ver cómo dos personas completamente distintas con sus propios traumas de la vida pueden llegar a congeniar y animarse mutuamente a cumplir sus sueños que dejaron postergados es digno de apreciar. Ese es un buen mensaje que nos deja la película, nunca es tarde para perseguir tus sueños.
I found it a very enjoyable story, it is entertaining and a good option to see something simple that will get a couple of laughs out of you and also has a nice love story. To see how two completely different people with their own life traumas can get along and encourage each other to fulfill their dreams that they left behind is worth appreciating. That's a good message the movie leaves us with, it's never too late to pursue your dreams.
