Unleash the Monster, hmmm ... I don't think much about monster movies because my movie homepage has very little. But in 2O17 I watched one of the most extraordinary movies, Monster Trucks.

Unlike most other Monster movies, Monster Trucks is a comedy genre film produced by Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon Movies and Disrupt Entertainment.

The Monster Trucks was originally planned for release in 2015, although it was postponed by two years, the movie finally aired in the United States on January 13, 2017. The movie was first premiered in France on December 16, 2016, before being released in the United States.

This non-animated movie was directed by Chris Wedge and the script was written by Jonathan Aibel, Glenn Berger, Derek Conolly, and Matthew Robinson.

The story begins with the oil and gas company Terravex which is conducting a drilling project in the United States. This drilling project unfortunately put the underground life at risk. This includes threats to underground monster creatures and causes three underground monsters to come out of their habitat.

The monster was furious and caused an accident at the drilling location. These creatures are oddly shaped, have octopus-like impacts, are very large, and like engine oil. Two of them were captured by Terravex and secured in his laboratory, while the other one escaped until he reached the junkyard.

The monster is finally found by Tripp Coley (Lucas Till), a troubled young man who works at a junkyard and is attracted to automobiles. Tripp was shocked and had feared by the presence of monsters in the wreckage car. However, his fear gradually disappeared when he saw the innocent behavior of the monster, among other things the monster likes to hide in Tripp's non-engined and move the truck.

Tripp's friendship and the monster that he named Creech began. However, their closeness was hindered by a number of Terravex workers who continued to hunt Creech for disposal with project waste. For the sake of saving himself, with his intelligence, Creech took refuge in Tripp's truck engine and drove fast. Creech's speed impressed Tripp. Did Tripp and Creech's efforts escape?

Monster Trucks is the answer to the lack of a non-animated genre movies that aired lately. This movie appears entertaining for all types of ages. The storyline is simple and universal so it's easy to watch. While the theme of friendship between ordinary people and aliens is not timeless.

The sequence of the action is also not bad, CGI makes the actions look real, and even tends to be excessive. The comedy element is clearly seen in this movie and very entertaining, unfortunately since the middle and ending of the movie are too forced so it is very easy to anticipate.

This movie is actually going to be a big hit if it is drawn in past 3 decades, in the era of the 198Os it seems to be a more interesting spectacle, now I see this movie is only limited to entertainment for children, but I enjoy it with my son who is so serious watching it.
